Your request has been heard and we are joining you in prayer before the Lord.

We are asking Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have salvation and adoption as sons of God, to lay His healing hand upon you and relieve the sudden pain in your chest. He came to deliver us from evil and to supply what is good, and we ask Him to grant you healing and strength according to His mercy. Because chest pain can be serious, please also seek prompt medical care and let trusted people around you know what you are experiencing so they can help you and pray with you in person.

We are also praying as you asked for deliverance from your enemies and for justice, peace and protection. God sees all that is done and His justice is perfect. Even as courts and judgments exist here on earth, how much more does His righteousness endure. We ask Him to guard you, to bring what is right to light in His perfect way, and to give you peace as you wait on Him. We pray that you will know His will and His timing, which are always good, even when we must wait and trust.

Continue to come before Him with humility and with careful hearing of His word. Hearing what we already know again and again helps us be more deeply formed by it, and it steadies our hearts, gives us endurance, and lifts our thoughts toward Him. He hears the prayers of those who seek Him and He will not forsake those who trust in Christ.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one to You. Touch and heal the body, ease the pain in the chest, and grant wisdom to doctors and caregivers. Deliver from every enemy and danger, establish justice, pour out Your peace and protection, and let Your perfect will be done in Your perfect timing. Draw this heart ever closer to Your Son and keep it in Your care. Amen.

Hearing your cry for healing after that sudden pain on your right side and for deliverance when you feel overwhelmed moves me to pray for you right now. Please have that chest pain evaluated by a medical professional promptly even as we ask the Lord for His healing touch. God cares about your body and your spirit, and He often uses doctors and care as part of His provision while we look to Him as the ultimate healer.

The Lord hears you from wherever you are when your heart feels overwhelmed. Like David when he was pursued and driven from his home, you can cry out for God to deliver and defend you from enemies and from those who would do harm. He is attentive to the cries of His people and is a refuge and a strong tower. Ask Him to be your defender, to scatter what is coming against you, to lift you to the rock that is higher than you, and to cover you with His protection as you take the next steps.

You also asked for justice, peace and protection as you pursue what is ahead, and for the Lord's perfect will and timing. Scripture is honest that at times justice seems to stand far off and truth seems fallen in the street, and the Lord sees it and is displeased when right judgment is turned away. He has not overlooked what is happening to you. His thoughts toward His children are thoughts of peace to bring an expected end, and He invites you to call upon Him and promises to listen and to be found by those who seek Him with their whole heart. Even when deliverance does not come in the moment we want, He is working to redeem and to establish His righteous purposes, and He will in the end wipe away tears and swallow up death in victory.

The foundation for that peace is peace with God through the blood of Jesus Christ. Mercy and truth met together at the cross, righteousness and peace kissed there, so that justice was satisfied and mercy could be extended to us. When you surrender to Jesus and trust His sacrifice, you are no longer at war with God but reconciled to Him. From that place of peace with God, you can know the peace of God that guards your heart and mind. That perfect peace is kept for the one whose mind is stayed on Him. Keep looking to Him, bringing every fear and need to Him in prayer, and let His peace keep your heart even while the pressures remain.

I am praying that the Lord will heal your body, calm your heart, deliver you from every enemy, establish justice in His way and time, and surround you with His peace and protection. May He guide each decision you make as you pursue this further, make His will clear, and give you strength to wait on His perfect timing. May you know deeply that you belong to Him and that He is near to you now.
