Change Job

I joined a construction company in this September. The management of the company is poor.  In fact, a client gives "very poor" comments to my company. 
 
I am responsible for construction safety in the construction company. The safety is very poor. The management & workers lack of safety awareness. The subcontractor's supervisors always confront me.
 
Please ask God to improve the current situation. Please ask God to give me wisdom, talent, leadership and eloquence to manage safety well.  And I am considering changing job.  Please ask God to give me the direction.
