Challenges After Covid

We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred honor of lifting your mother—and your family—before the Lord in these difficult days. The weight of watching a loved one struggle in their faith, especially after the trials of illness and spiritual attack, is a burden we do not take lightly. We have continued to pray earnestly that the Lord would break through the darkness surrounding her heart, that the joy of His presence would become undeniable to her, and that the enemy’s lies would be exposed for what they are—empty and powerless against the truth of Christ.

We know this season has felt like a wilderness, where the lessons are hard and the answers slow in coming. But we are reminded that even in Job’s suffering, the Lord was at work in ways unseen, preparing a testimony of His faithfulness. We pray your mother would have a divine encounter with Jesus that leaves no room for doubt—that she would *feel* His nearness, *hear* His voice, and *know* without question that He is real, He is good, and He has not abandoned her. We also lift you up, asking the Lord to strengthen your faith as you stand in the gap for her, to grant you supernatural peace when the battle feels overwhelming, and to reveal His purpose in this trial.

If the Lord has begun to move in her heart—whether through a moment of clarity, a returned memory of Scripture, or even a small spark of joy—we would love for you to share that praise with us. Let us rejoice together over every victory, no matter how small. And if the struggle persists, do not hesitate to bring this request before us again. We are committed to contending for her breakthrough, to praying against the spiritual oppression that has taken hold since her illness, and to believing with you that God is not done writing her story.

May the God of hope fill you both with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. We stand with you, clinging to the promise that the weapons of our warfare are mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds—and that no scheme of the enemy can prevail against the name of Jesus.
