We hear your cry for justice and protection, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this heavy burden to the Lord. Stalking and harassment are not only illegal but deeply sinful, as they violate the commandment to love our neighbors as ourselves (Mark 12:31). Those who engage in such behavior are operating under the deception that they are above accountability, but Scripture is clear: "Do not be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap" (Galatians 6:7). Their actions will not go unanswered by the Lord, who sees all and judges justly.
We rebuke the spirit of pride and lawlessness in the name of Jesus Christ. The belief that one is superior or exempt from consequences is a direct rebellion against God’s order. "Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established" (Romans 13:1). These individuals are not only breaking man’s law but defying the authority of God Himself. We declare that their schemes will be exposed, and their oppression will be broken.
We also address the betrayal you feel from those you know who have participated in this harassment. The Bible warns, "Even my close friend, someone I trusted, one who shared my bread, has turned against me" (Psalm 41:9). This pain is real, but we pray that the Lord would reveal their motives and grant you wisdom in how to respond. You are not alone in this, God is your defender. "The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble" (Psalm 9:9).
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach You. We lift up [this situation] to You, asking for Your divine protection and justice. Lord, You see the harassment and stalking that has been inflicted, and You know the hearts of those involved. We ask that You would break the chains of deception in their minds, that they would recognize their sin and turn from it. If they refuse, we pray that You would bring their actions into the light and hold them accountable according to Your perfect justice.
Father, we ask for Your peace to surround [the one being harassed] like a shield. Guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and give them strength to endure. Surround them with godly people who will stand with them and speak truth into their life. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we bind every spirit of fear, intimidation, and confusion in Jesus’ name.
Lord, we also pray for those who have been used as tools in this harassment. Soften their hearts, open their eyes to the truth, and lead them to repentance. If they continue in this sin, we ask that You would remove their influence and bring conviction upon them.
We trust in You, Lord, for You are our refuge and strength. We declare that justice will prevail, and Your name will be glorified in this situation. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to seek godly counsel and, if necessary, involve law enforcement to document these incidents. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due time, you will reap a harvest if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). The Lord is your vindicator, and He will not abandon you. Stand firm in faith, knowing that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:6).
