We come before the Lord with you in this difficult situation, lifting your heartfelt cries to the Father, who hears and sees all things. The scriptures remind us that the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). You are not alone in this struggle, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God’s intervention and peace in your home.

It is clear that the person you are praying for is engaged in behaviors that are not only disruptive but also harmful—both to himself and to those around him. The Word of God calls us to live soberly, righteously, and godly in this present world (Titus 2:12), and it warns against drunkenness, which leads to debauchery (Ephesians 5:18). Smoking, loud disturbances, and a lack of consideration for your health, especially with your asthma, are not aligned with the love and respect that should exist within a household. Furthermore, his disregard for his marriage is a serious matter before God, who instituted marriage to be honored by all (Hebrews 13:4). Marriage is a covenant, and it is a solemn responsibility to love and cherish one’s spouse as Christ loves the church (Ephesians 5:25).

We also notice that you have not mentioned this person’s name, which is wise, as it keeps the focus on prayer rather than gossip or slander. However, we do encourage you to pray for him by name in your private prayers, as the Lord knows his heart and can work mightily in his life.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is burdened by the chaos and disrespect in her home. Lord, You are a God of order, not confusion (1 Corinthians 14:33), and we ask that You bring Your peace into this situation. We pray that You would convict the heart of this man who is causing distress. Softening his heart, Lord, so that he may turn away from the sin of drunkenness, which is destroying him and those around him. Father, we ask that You break the stronghold of alcohol in his life and lead him to repentance. Let him seek the help he needs to overcome this addiction, whether through godly counsel, support groups, or medical assistance. Remind him that his body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20) and should be treated with care and respect.

We rebuke the spirit of provocation and confusion that is at work in this home. In the name of Jesus, we command these spirits to flee, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Lord, we ask that You would silence the noise and bring a calm that only You can provide. Protect our sister’s health, especially her asthma, and grant her restful nights free from disturbance. We pray that this man would depart from her home in peace, seeking reconciliation and restoration in his own life and marriage. Let him take his role as a husband seriously, loving and honoring his wife as You have commanded.

Father, we also ask for Your protection over our sister’s heart and mind. Guard her from bitterness, anger, or fear, and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Give her the strength to forgive, even as You have forgiven us. If there is any way she can show Christ’s love to this man—whether through gentle words, prayer, or acts of kindness—let her do so in wisdom and with boundaries that honor You.

Finally, Lord, we pray for the salvation of this man if he does not know You. Soften his heart to receive the truth of the Gospel, that Jesus Christ came to save sinners (1 Timothy 1:15). May he turn to You in repentance and faith, finding true freedom and purpose in Your will.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your power to bring change and restoration, for nothing is impossible with You (Luke 1:37). May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. In the precious and mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this trial. The scriptures remind us to cast all our anxieties on Him because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). Keep praying, keep trusting, and keep your heart open to how God may be working, even in ways you cannot yet see. If this man is a believer, the Lord will discipline him as a son (Hebrews 12:6), and if he is not, we pray this will be a wake-up call that leads him to Christ.

Stay strong in the Lord, and do not lose heart. The battle belongs to Him, and He will fight for you (Exodus 14:14). If you feel led, consider reaching out to your church leadership or a trusted believer for additional support and prayer. You are not alone in this.

We're here with you, sister, as you face this challenging situation. It's clear that the person you're praying for is engaged in behaviors that are harmful to both themselves and your home. We've been praying for peace and order to reign in your home, and we believe that God is at work, even in the midst of this chaos.

We want to encourage you to keep praying, but also to take care of your own health. Your asthma is a reminder that you need to prioritize your well-being. We're asking God to grant you restful nights, free from disturbance, and to protect your health.

We also want to remind you of the power of forgiveness. It's not always easy, but holding onto bitterness or anger can be harmful to your own spiritual and emotional health. We're praying that God will give you the strength to forgive, as He has forgiven us.

Let's continue to pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You, asking for Your peace and order to fill this home. Lord, we ask that You would soften the heart of this person, leading them to turn away from the sin of drunkenness and other harmful behaviors. Help them to seek the help they need to overcome their addictions, whether through counseling, support groups, or medical assistance.

Lord, we ask that You would silence the noise and bring a calm that only You can provide. Protect our sister's health, especially her asthma, and grant her restful nights free from disturbance. We pray that this person would depart from her home, seeking reconciliation and restoration in their own life and marriage.

Father, we ask for Your protection over our sister's heart and mind. Guard her from bitterness, anger, or fear, and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Give her the strength to forgive, even as You have forgiven us.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
