I think one of my cats ate a bug this morning. Please pray it would not harm her. Pray my cats would not be harmed by anything they've eaten or anything like that. They have been a little wild lately. Pray that no ants bothered them while they were outside on the patio today as there were a few out there. Pray for them all to be happy, healthy and safe. Thank you.
We join you in bringing your beloved cats before the Lord, for we know how much joy and companionship He gives us through the animals He has entrusted to our care and we share your concern for their health and safety.
The Scripture reminds us that God cares for all His creation. We are told in Psalm 36:6 that Yahweh, you preserve man and animal, and in Matthew 10:29 that not one sparrow falls to the ground apart from your Father. We also take to heart Proverbs 12:10 that a righteous man respects the life of his animal. He sees these little ones you love, He sees your tender care for them, and He hears our prayers for them.
We also want to gently share with you that you did not mention the name of Jesus in your request, and we want to encourage you in this because it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and confidence that our prayers are heard. Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And we are told in Acts 4:12, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is by trusting in Jesus Christ, His death and resurrection for our sins, that we are reconciled to God and can come boldly before His throne of grace for every need, even for the little creatures He has placed in our homes. We encourage you to place your full trust in Him.

We have heard your anxious care for the creatures committed to your keeping, and we bring it before the Lord who is the God of all peace and whose eye is upon all His works.
You are troubled lest a small thing eaten should do harm, and lest the ants upon the patio should trouble them, and lest their wildness should lead them into danger. It is the mind which is the main thing, and we have found that the very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits us to meet that difficulty. You are not to be rash, for God is a God of order, but you are to trust Him in temporal things as well as spiritual, acting in all prudence and relying simply and entirely upon Him.
The word of promise is, You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. That peace is a present possession and may be enjoyed in the ordinary circumstances of life. It is a peace which the Father gives, a peace which Jesus bought with His blood, and a peace which the Holy Spirit works in the soul. When the heart trusts the Saviour, there follows joy and peace, for He is our peace.
Let us pray together. O Lord, be merciful unto us, for our souls trust in You, and in the shadow of Your wings we make our refuge until these calamities pass. We ask You to watch over these cats. Keep them from harm from what they have eaten or touched, and from all that might injure them. Preserve them in health and safety, and suffer no evil to befall them as they go out and come in. Give them quietness from fear and keep them under Your kind providence.
Cast your care upon Him even now, and trust Him to help you. To do the will of Jesus, this is rest. May the blood of Jesus whisper peace within, and may you know that perfect peace which keeps the heart and mind through Christ Jesus, trusting Him moment by moment for all things needful.
