I'm currently away from my pets overnight for the holidays. I will see them again, Lordwilling, this evening. I miss them so much. I do not like being away from them at all. Please pray that they will be safe, happy, comfortable, at peace and know they are loved. Pray they will not get upset and cry or yowl (especially so they don't disturb the neighbors). Please pray I would get a monitoring system in our home so I can watch them when I'm away from the house as that would really ease my anxiety. Thank you.

While it’s good to take practical steps to care for those under your responsibility, we encourage you to place your ultimate trust in the Lord. Philippians 4:6-7 says, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* Let us pray that God would grant you His peace as you wait to be reunited with your pets.
Father in Heaven, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the joy and companionship that pets bring into our lives. We lift up [this person’s] beloved cats to You, asking that You would watch over them, keep them safe, and surround them with Your peace. Lord, we pray that they would feel comforted and loved even in their owner’s absence. Calm any distress they may feel and protect them from harm. We also ask that You would ease the anxiety in [this person’s] heart, replacing it with Your perfect peace.
