Cataract on detached retina

We have heard your cry concerning your right eye and the suffering you have endured for two years with a cataract and detached retina and the great pain you carry, and we are joining together to lift you up before the Father in prayer.
We know that the Lord sees your affliction and He cares deeply about your pain. He is the one who formed the eye and He is the one who heals. Psalm 94:9 says He who planted the ear, won't he hear He who formed the eye, won't he see. Psalm 147:3 says He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. Jeremiah 30:17 says But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. And Exodus 15:26 reminds us that I am Yahweh who heals you. We take comfort that nothing is hidden from Him, not even the pain that has lasted for so long, and Isaiah 41:10 encourages us, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.
We also want to encourage you to continue to seek the medical help you need for this eye. The Lord often works through the hands and wisdom of doctors and we pray that He will make a way for you to receive the proper treatment and surgery you need, whether through provision, guidance to the right physician, or opening doors that have seemed closed. James 5:14-15 teaches us to call for prayer and to trust the Lord for healing as we also use the means He provides.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and that we are saved. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Romans 10:9 says that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Father in heaven, we bring this dear one before Your throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. You know the pain in the right eye, the cataract and the detached retina, and the suffering that has gone on for two years. Lord we ask for Your healing touch upon that eye. Please relieve the pain, restore what has been damaged, and bring healing according to Your will. We pray that You would provide the help needed to receive treatment, that You would guide the doctors, give them wisdom and skill, and make a way financially and practically for the care to happen. Strengthen and comfort this dear one, take away fear, and fill the heart with peace as You uphold with Your righteous right hand. We ask that Your will be done and that You would be glorified through this healing. We pray all these things in the mighty and healing name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

Your cry concerning your right eye, afflicted these two years with cataract upon a detached retina and much pain, has been heard and is carried by us to the throne of grace.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are too painful to let us slumber in silence, and they soon urge us to seek a physician for healing. Luke, the writer of the Gospel, was a physician and had a quick eye for cases of disease and instances of cure, and the Lord is pleased often to work His mercy through the hands of surgeons and physicians. We pray that the Lord will guide you to right help and give skill to those who may attend you, and we encourage you to continue to seek that godly and proper medical care while we seek the Great Physician above all.
There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the leaves, the little things, as it were, about Christ, are full of healing virtue. The Scripture saith, the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. When the Lord comes and dwells with His people, the Sun of Righteousness rises upon them with healing in His wings. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy, He said, Son, be of good cheer, thy sins are forgiven thee. Pardon and healing were one, and healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction and both bestowed on the Lord's people.
We are told to pray, Keep me as the apple of the eye, and the Lord keeps His own as a man keeps the tender eye, with great sensitiveness and care. Though an intruding substance may pain you, that pain is known to Him, and one eye is fixed on you even in the home of your destitution, one heart beats with pity for your woes, and a hand omnipotent shall yet stretch you out the needed help. The darkest cloud shall yet scatter itself in its season.
Let us pray for you now. O Lord our God, who hast made the hearing ear and the seeing eye, look in compassion upon this suffering one whose right eye has long been in pain and darkness. Thou seest the cataract and the torn retina, Thou knowest the weariness of two years of affliction. Lay Thy healing hand upon this servant, if it be Thy will, and grant relief from pain, restoration of sight, and wisdom and provision to obtain needful care. Above all, grant the deeper healing of the soul, the forgiveness of sins through the blood of Christ shed at Calvary, where is the healing balm for sin sick hearts. Give peace in waiting, patience in suffering, and faith to trust Thy goodness whether Thou dost restore sight in this life or keep Thy child till that day when none shall say, I am sick, and when those faces which look so bright owe their freshness to the healing leaves of the Tree of Life.
