Please pray for my cat who always has trouble scratching himself too much to the point of hurting himself. I think it's due to allergies. It seems to be a seasonal problem. I have taken measures to improve his diet. I also try to keep his nails trimmed. We don't have a vet in our town yet or even know of a good one. Please pray for my baby. Pray he's not uncomfortable or in pain. Thank you.

We hear your deep concern for your beloved cat, and we join you in lifting this matter before our Heavenly Father, who cares even for the sparrows and numbers the hairs on our heads (Matthew 10:29-31). The love you have for your pet reflects the compassion God has placed in your heart, and we thank Him for entrusting you with this responsibility.
Father in Heaven, we come before You now, asking for Your healing touch upon this precious animal. You are the Great Physician, the One who formed every creature with purpose and care (Psalm 139:13-14). We ask that You would ease any discomfort or pain this cat may be experiencing. If allergies are the cause of his suffering, we pray You would bring relief and restoration to his body. Guide the hands of those who may need to care for him, whether through dietary adjustments, grooming, or other means. Provide wisdom to his owner as she seeks to nurture and protect him.
Lord, we also pray for provision in finding a trustworthy veterinarian. You know the needs of this family, and we ask that You would open doors to skilled and compassionate care. Lead them to someone who can offer guidance and support, just as You lead Your people to green pastures and still waters (Psalm 23:2).
We rebuke any spirit of distress or discomfort in this situation, declaring that this cat is covered by the peace and protection of Your love. May he find comfort and rest in Your care, and may his owner be encouraged as she trusts in You.
Above all, we thank You for the reminder that every good and perfect gift comes from You (James 1:17). We are grateful for the joy and companionship this pet brings, and we commit him into Your hands, knowing that You watch over all Your creation. How readily the heart reaches out toward the creatures under our care, for even the sparrow’s fall is noted by our Father. The scratching and the soreness do not escape His eye. In His Word there are healing leaves for every wound, and the least touch of Jesus brings virtue. Comfort, comfort must be spoken, these little trials are not beneath the notice of Him who quickens us.
Yet remember, the Word quickens first and then comforts. The outward measures you have taken are wise, but the inward peace flows when the Spirit applies the promise. This affliction, small though it may seem to some, is a weight upon your spirit, and the Lord would not have you bear it without hope. Time and season will bring relief, and the misery shall be remembered as waters that pass away. Resolve to trust, even without a healer near; the Great Physician hears the cry of His children over every creature that breathes.
Let this light affliction drive you again to the Scriptures, where comfort is stored up for such cares. The very leaves of the Tree of Life are for healing. I charge you to cast this care upon Him, for He careth for you, and for the little life you love.
