Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our dear friend ### who is grieving the loss of their beloved cat. Lord, we know that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. We ask that You wrap Your comforting arms around ### during this difficult time.

Jesus, You understand our sorrows and grief, and we ask that You bring peace and solace to ###'s heart. Help them to feel Your presence and love, and to find comfort in the memories of the joy their cat brought into their life.

We pray that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard ###'s heart and mind in Christ Jesus. May they find strength in You and be reminded of Your promise that You will never leave us nor forsake us.
