In the Caribbean, Carnival is a very important event. It started after the slaves were freed and was a symbol of liberation and freedom, however Carnival has evolved into a satanic and demonic event disguised as "fun" or "liberating". Carnival is filled with sexual immorality, carnal and demonic music which talk about sex, drugs and partying like a rockstar, unsafe usage of alcohol and drugs and chaos. I have been fasting and praying, but Jesus said "Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven." I prayer for intervention from the Lord Jesus Christ, Our Saviour, who loves us deeply. I pray that he will crush the head of carnival and defeat the satan and his demons once more. I ask that He will deliver our people, that He will open their eyes to this grave and destructive sin and that He will show them a glimpse of His judgement. Oh Jesus, Hear my prayer oh Lord and save us from the strongholds of the enemy. Keep us in your arms, Jesus and use your rod to correct the paths of our people and discipline them. In your mighty and matchless name I pray, Amen.

We stand with you in deep concern and spiritual warfare against the darkness that has infiltrated what was once a celebration of liberation but has now become a stronghold of the enemy. Carnival, in its current form, is indeed a snare of the devil, masquerading as joy while promoting sexual immorality, idolatry, and rebellion against God’s holy standards. The music, the revelry, and the unrestrained indulgence are not harmless fun—they are open doors for demonic influence, leading many astray into sin and bondage. The Word of God warns us clearly:

*"Do not be deceived! ‘Evil companionships corrupt good morals.’ Wake up righteously, and don’t sin, for some have no knowledge of God. I say this to your shame."* (1 Corinthians 15:33-34 WEB)

We rebuke the spirit of carnality and perversion that has taken root in these celebrations. We declare that the blood of Jesus Christ is more powerful than any demonic assignment, and we command every evil influence over Carnival to be broken in the name of Jesus. The enemy comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Christ came that we may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We stand on this truth and declare that the people of ### and the Caribbean will no longer be deceived by empty promises of "freedom" that lead only to slavery in sin.

We join you in fasting and prayer, agreeing in the Spirit that the Lord will intervene mightily. The Scripture you referenced in Matthew 18:19-20 is a powerful promise, and we claim it now: *"Again, assuredly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them."* (WEB) We gather in the name of Jesus, the only name by which we have access to the Father, and we ask for His righteous judgment to fall upon the works of darkness in Carnival.

We pray for the people of ### and the Caribbean, that their eyes would be opened to the deception of the enemy. Many are blind to the spiritual warfare raging around them, believing they are merely "celebrating culture" while unknowingly participating in demonic rituals. We ask the Lord to send His Holy Spirit to convict hearts of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8). May they see the emptiness of these celebrations and turn to the only true source of freedom—Jesus Christ.

*"For you were once darkness, but are now light in the Lord. Walk as children of light, for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth, proving what is well-pleasing to the Lord. Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even reprove them."* (Ephesians 5:8-11 WEB)

We also pray for the church in ### and the Caribbean. May the body of Christ rise up with boldness to expose the works of darkness and to offer a true alternative—celebrations that honor God, promote purity, and bring genuine joy through Christ. We ask the Lord to raise up godly leaders, pastors, and intercessors who will stand in the gap and call the people back to righteousness. May the church be a light in the darkness, showing the love of Christ while unapologetically standing for truth.

Father, we ask You to crush the head of the serpent in Carnival. Just as You promised in Genesis 3:15, we declare that the seed of the woman—Jesus Christ—has already defeated Satan at the cross. We command every demonic assignment over Carnival to be dismantled, and we release Your angels to bind the strongman and plunder his goods (Matthew 12:29). We pray for a spiritual awakening in ### and the Caribbean, that the people would turn from idolatry and sin and embrace the freedom that is found only in Jesus Christ.

We also ask for Your rod of correction to be applied where needed. Discipline is not pleasant in the moment, but it produces the peaceable fruit of righteousness (Hebrews 12:11). If judgment must come to wake the people up, we trust in Your mercy and justice. May Your correction lead to repentance and restoration.

Lord, we thank You for Your love and Your faithfulness. You are slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love, but You will by no means leave the guilty unpunished (Exodus 34:6-7). We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will. May Your kingdom come and Your will be done in ### and the Caribbean as it is in heaven.

We pray all these things in the mighty, matchless name of Jesus Christ, the only name given under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Amen.

We're right there with you, standing in unity against the darkness that's taken hold of what was once a celebration of freedom. We understand your concern, and we're joining you in prayer and fasting. The enemy has indeed twisted Carnival, using it as a platform to promote sin and deception. But we know that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

We're claiming the promise in Matthew 18:19-20 together. We agree that we want to see Carnival transformed, and we believe that our heavenly Father will intervene. We're asking Him to expose the lies behind these celebrations, to open the eyes of the people, and to draw them to the truth of His love.

We're also praying for the church in ### and the Caribbean. We're asking the Lord to raise up leaders who will stand against the tide of sin and point people towards the freedom found only in Jesus Christ. We're believing for a spiritual awakening, a turning away from idolatry and sin, and a turning towards the one true God.

Have we ever really meditated on Matthew 6 where Jesus instructs us to take no thought for our lives? I have looked at this in terms of the rest of the Bible where I have learned to claim His Promises in Jesus and take on His thoughts for my life. Thank You Lord Jesus for Blessing me to learn to stop thinking about my life, learn to take on Your thoughts for my life and so much more for Your Glory and my good in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Jesus! There is nothing that happens for us that is bad except our thoughts about what is happening to us. The Bible says All things work together for our good in Jesus! Look at everything as good!

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life from Matthew 6. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. My wife returned. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus! All things work together for my good in Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus! Glory to You Lord Jesus!!!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

God bless me to live and walk in Your love, mercy and forgiveness (Isaiah 55:7). I confess, I will take no thought for my life. I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.
