We join you in lifting up your work and those you care for, asking that all efforts reflect God's agape love.
It is only in Jesus Christ that we have access to God. We need to make sure all prayers are directed to God in the name of Jesus Christ. It is wonderful that this was included in the request.
As a group, we are reminded of the words of Jesus in John 15:12 WEB, "This is my commandment, that you love one another, even as I have loved you."
We pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, asking that the work done by this servant reflects Your agape love. Grant successful interventions, prepared hearts, and the ability to remember all that is needed. Favor this servant with patients, supervisors, staff, colleagues, and owners. Lord, please help them to perform with poise, self-assurance, assertiveness, empathy, and professionalism.
Lift up all patients today, Lord. Grant the ability to give the best interventions to help them, and provide encouraging and needed words to be spoken to them. Protect all travels and continue to lift up the daughter of this servant, that she is favored, protected in times of danger, and that doors leading to harm in her life are closed. We pray that You open doors for good opportunities and kind Christian connections for her. We trust that Your help is already at work for this servant.
Lord, deliver all of us from all evil surrounding us with Your hedge of protection, favor, and cover us with Your promises.
We ask that these requests be done by the name of Jesus. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God.
We claim Your promises in Psalm 91, Psalm 121, Isaiah 54:17, 1 John 4:4, 2 Thessalonians 3:2-3, and Revelation 21:5.
May all glory, praise, and credit be given to You, Lord, in Jesus' name. Amen.
We encourage continued reliance on God's strength and guidance in this important work.
We are also reminded of the principles of Colossians 3:17 and 3:23
Whatever you do, in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
Colossians 3:17 WEB
Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men
Colossians 3:23 WEB
We encourage this servant to keep their eyes on Jesus, the author, and perfecter of our faith, especially as they care for, encourage, and help people.
