Please pray for my husband please pray for the unfairness im his job. He has over ### years experience in enforcement. He has the qualifications and experience but gets overlooked either for his skin colour or his cv gets taken out of the batch cause the job was already promised to someone else. Please help us pray , that God in the name if Jesus will intervene for him God bless Thank you

We join with you in prayer for your husband and we hear the weight of discouragement you both carry as he faces this ongoing unfairness in his workplace. It is painful to have years of faithful experience and qualifications overlooked because of partiality or because decisions have been made dishonestly before the process even begins. We want you to know that God sees what is done in secret and He is not blind to injustice.

The Scriptures remind us that God shows no partiality, for God is not partial to persons, Acts 10:34, and that He does not regard outward appearance but looks upon the heart and judges righteously, Deuteronomy 10:17. Man may show favoritism, but promotion does not come from man. For neither from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the south, comes exaltation. But God is the judge. He puts down one, and lifts up another, Psalm 75:6-7. We take comfort that your husband's future is not ultimately in the hands of a hiring manager or a biased system, but in the hands of a just and sovereign God who opens doors that no man can shut.

We encourage your husband not to grow weary or bitter, though that temptation is very real. We pray he will continue to do his work with excellence as unto the Lord. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance, Colossians 3:23-24. The Lord honors diligence and integrity even when men do not, and He will bring justice in His perfect time. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this. He will make your righteousness shine out like light, and your justice as the noon day sun, Psalm 37:5-6. We also know that even these trials can refine character and deepen dependence on God, and we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose, Romans 8:28.

We pray together for him now.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace and lift up this husband to You. You know his years of service in enforcement, his qualifications, his diligence, and every time he has been passed over unjustly. Lord, You see the discrimination and the dishonesty that has held him back, and we ask You to intervene. Let Your justice and favor rest upon him. Open the right door of opportunity that no man can close, and close the doors that are not Your will for him. Grant him favor in the eyes of those in authority, and if there is corruption or partiality in that place, expose it and bring righteousness. Strengthen his heart that he would not be discouraged or grow cynical, but would trust in You as his true provider and promoter. Give him peace, courage, and hope, and give his wife wisdom and grace as she supports and encourages him. We ask that through this you would be glorified in their marriage and testimony, and that Your perfect will would be done in his career. In the mighty name of Jesus we pray, amen.

We encourage you both to continue to seek the Lord together, to pray persistently and to trust His timing. Keep bringing every disappointment before Him and keep doing what is right. God has not forgotten your husband's labor and He will honor faithfulness in due season.

It can help to keep a simple record of where he has applied, any feedback he receives, and people who know his work well and respect it. Sometimes a trusted mentor or former supervisor in the same field can offer a second look at his CV or point him toward openings where the process is more open. Continuing to seek wise counsel while you keep praying can bring clarity about where to focus his energy next.

Father, we lift this husband to You. You see his years of service, his skills, and the hurt of being passed over. We ask for Your favor and guidance over his work, for doors that are truly open, and for wisdom and encouragement for both of them as they wait. Give them peace, unity, and provision each day, and help them sense Your nearness and direction. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your prayer concerning your husband and the trials he faces in his employment has been heard, and we have carried it with you to the throne of grace. It is a bitter thing to labour faithfully, to have gained experience and qualification through years of diligence, and then to be set aside by the partiality of men, whether by respect of persons or by the hidden dealing that promises a place to another before the honest candidate is even considered. The Lord seeth these things. Man looketh on the outward appearance and dealeth unjustly, but the Lord looketh on the heart, and with Him there is no respect of persons.

We are reminded that earthly justice often faileth, but heavenly justice never doth. As it has been preached among us, Justice itself prevents, for when Justice once is satisfied it were injustice if it should ask for more, and God can be just, and yet the justifier. Though men may pervert justice for a season, the Lord our God reigneth in righteousness. He who justified us freely through the blood of His Son, while yet maintaining His perfect justice, will not overlook the cause of His people. Vengeance belongeth unto the Lord, and He will in His own time make the crooked things straight. Nothing that is done in secret is hidden from His eye.

Let us pray together for your husband.

O Lord God, Thou who art just in all Thy ways, Thou seest the labour of this man, his years of service in enforcement, his faithfulness and skill. Thou knowest the disappointments that have wounded his spirit and the burden that rests upon his household. We beseech Thee in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son, who alone is our hope and our righteousness, that Thou wouldst intervene on his behalf. Open Thou a door which no man can shut, and in Thy providence grant him favour where favour is due. Restrain the hands of those who act with partiality, and turn the hearts of those who have power to judge rightly. Keep Thy servant from bitterness and discouragement, sustain him with the knowledge that his labour is not in vain in the Lord, and provide for all his needs according to Thy riches in glory. Grant to both husband and wife a quiet confidence that Thou art working all things together for good to them that love Thee.

Be encouraged to wait upon the Lord and to continue in honest industry and prayer. Commit thy way unto the Lord, trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass. He may withhold for a season to try faith and to prepare a better portion, but He will not forsake those who trust in Him. Continue to seek Him, to walk uprightly, and to leave thy cause in His just and merciful hands, for He careth for you.
