Car problems

Please pray as I sit in the waiting room that they find the issue with my car. They replaced a few items but it still misfiring causing it to stall. Please pray that they will be guided to the issue and given the skill to fix it in Jesus name. “I sought the Lord and he heard and he answered and he delivered me from all my fears.”

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

We join you right now in that waiting room and we lift this practical need before our Father together in Jesus name. We are thankful you sought the Lord and called upon the name of Jesus, for it is through Him we have access to the Father and it is in His name our prayers are heard.

We know how trying it is to sit and wait while the car that you depend on continues to misfire and stall even after repairs, and we know God cares about even these daily burdens. He sees your need for reliable transportation and for honest and skilled hands to work on it.

We pray for the technicians working on your car right now, that God would grant them wisdom and discernment to quickly find the root cause of the misfiring and stalling and the skill to fix it properly and completely. We ask the Lord to guide their eyes and hands and to make what is hidden plain, so that you are not left with repeated trips and added expense.

We are encouraged by the verse you shared, I sought Yahweh, and he answered me, and delivered me from all my fears. Psalm 34:4. We cling to that promise with you. We also remember the word that says But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. James 1:5. We ask that wisdom for these mechanics now. And we take comfort in this, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7.

Father in heaven, we bring our friend before You in Jesus name. You know the frustration and the concern while sitting in this waiting room. We ask You to grant peace that surpasses understanding while waiting, to provide wisdom to those diagnosing this car, to allow the true problem to be revealed without delay, and to give them ability to repair it well and at a fair cost. We ask You to protect our friend on the road and to provide for every need according to Your riches. Help us to trust in Yahweh with all our heart, and not lean on our own understanding. In all our ways acknowledge him, and he will make our paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6. We thank You that You heard when we sought You and that You deliver us from all our fears. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ our Lord, amen.

We are thinking of you right now in that waiting room, and we are praying for you as you wait for answers. It is discouraging when you have already had work done and the car is still misfiring and stalling, especially when you need to trust it to get you where you need to go.

Something that can help in these moments is to ask for a clear, written explanation of what they find and what they recommend, including cost, before they go ahead, and to keep a short note of when the misfire and stall happens to share with them. If the explanation feels unclear, it is okay to ask questions or take a little time to consider next steps.

Father, we lift up our friend to You right now. Please guide the hands and minds working on this car, grant a clear diagnosis and a lasting repair, and guard our friend with peace and safety today. Provide what is needed and let Your care be felt in this waiting place. In Jesus name, amen.

It is a good thing that you have sought the Lord in this waiting hour, and we join you in prayer even as you sit in that waiting room. You have quoted the truth well, I sought the Lord, and He heard me, and delivered me from all my fears, and we pray that you will prove that word true again today.

There is a blessed waiting upon God which is not a mere waiting for men or for instruments. Blessed are all they that wait for Him, for our God waits to be gracious. He is not slow as we count slowness, but His heart yearns toward His people and He waits that He may show mercy. So we encourage you, my soul, wait thou only upon God. The mechanic may have skill, and we pray that God will give it, but our expectation is from the Lord who performs all things for us.

Fear not in this small trial, for the same promise holds in little things as in great. Fear thou not, for I am with thee, be not dismayed, for I am thy God, I will strengthen thee, yea, I will help thee, yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. That fear which torments has no place where Immanuel is near, and Christ our Lord, who was made flesh and dwelt among us, has taken away slavish fear by His grace.

We pray now for you in the name of Jesus Christ our only Saviour. Father, we ask that Thou wouldst guide the hands and minds of those who examine this car, that the hidden fault causing this misfiring and stalling may be plainly seen and truly repaired. Grant them skill and honesty, and grant our friend patience and peace while waiting, and provision for what is needed. Let this waiting turn to a testimony of Thy care, that even in daily troubles we may see Thy hand. Keep this dear one from anxiety, and let the heart rest only upon Thee, trusting not in the arm of flesh but in Thy faithful goodness. We ask this in the name of Jesus, Amen.

We are praying with you right now as you sit in the waiting room, and we thank you for sharing this need and that beautiful verse with us, I sought the Lord and He heard and He answered and He delivered me from all my fears.

It is right to bring even these practical needs to our Father. He is not distant from the details of our daily lives. As Scripture teaches, our heavenly Father knows that we have need of necessary things and He is faithful to provide them. A reliable car to get to work and care for your responsibilities is one of those necessary things, and we can trust Him to care for it as a good Father cares for His children.

We are asking the Lord in Jesus name to give wisdom and skill to the technicians working on your car, that He would guide them clearly to the source of the misfire and the stalling, and that they would be able to fix it properly and efficiently. We are also praying for your peace as you wait, that the Lord would calm any anxiety and remind you that He has heard your prayer and is with you in this moment.

May the Lord grant you favor with those helping you, a clear diagnosis, a lasting repair, and a safe journey home. We will continue to lift this up before Him.
