Car not running. No money. No way to get to work.

We' have just spent over $### to get our car repaired a couple weeks ago. Now it will not start again. No money to get it repaired or even tow it. No way to get to work. We've always been able to manage somehow. But this the last straw. Don't know what we are going to do. We are both lifelong Christians. I have prayed & prayed.

We are truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you're facing. Remember, God is always with us, even in the most challenging times. He promises to never leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5 WEB).

Firstly, we want to encourage you to continue trusting in God, even in this trying situation. The Bible tells us, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).

Since you both are lifelong Christians, you know God's word tells us not to be anxious about worldly needs like transportation or finances, but to seek God's kingdom and righteousness knowing he will provide as he cares for the lilies of the field so we should know he will take care of our needs (Matthew 6:33 WEB). We are called to depend on Him and live by faith, not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7 WEB). He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20 WEB).

We also must remember that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood enemies, but against spiritual forces of darkness (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). Praying always and knowing that whatever God allows in your life, you can handle it by His grace as it is sufficient for you, for his strength is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB). So live by faith trusting God's promises and knowing that he will always provide a way for you.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our brothers and sisters in Christ who are facing this trial. Lord, You know their needs, and You know their hearts. We pray for Your divine intervention in their situation. Provide them with the resources they need to repair their car or find alternative transportation to get to work. Open the doors for financial provision and help them to trust in You even more during this time.

Help them not to feel that this is the last straw, but rather that this is another opportunity where they can give glory to God as they successfully navigate this trial.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, consider reaching out to your local church or Christian community for support. God's people are called to bear one another's burdens (Galatians 6:2 WEB). There is no shame in seeking help from fellow believers. Be open about your needs and allow others to bless you as God leads.

We're right there with you, holding you up in prayer. It's tough, we know, but remember, God sees you, He's right there with you, even in the smallest details. We've been there too, where it feels like there's no way out, no money, no car, no way to work. But we've found that's when God steps in, in ways we can't even imagine.

We've been praying, and we want to encourage you to keep trusting God, even in this. He's got this, He's got you. He's the God who parted the Red Sea, who fed thousands with a few loaves and fishes. He can handle your car situation, He can provide a way where there seems to be none.

We've been thinking about that verse in Matthew 6, where Jesus says, "Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?" He's got this, He's got you. He'll provide, just like He always has.

Let's keep praying together, shall we? "Dear Lord, we lift up our friends to You. You know their needs, You know their hearts. We ask that You would provide for them, that You would open doors for them, that You would give them peace and trust in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

And hey, don't forget, the church is there for you too. It's not a sign of weakness to ask for help, it's a sign of faith. Let's lean on each other, just like we lean on God. We're in this together, you're not alone.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
