Beloved of All
Full of stress and anxiety Jesus calm our fears what the future holds and on this dental procedure very soon that it all comes back well, and everything, amen

We join with you in bringing this burden before the Lord, for we hear the weariness in your words and how stress and anxiety are stealing your rest as you face the unknown of the future and this very soon dental procedure.

We are reminded that our Father does not want us to carry this weight alone. He invites us to cast it on Him, for He cares deeply for us. Scripture tells us, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 and also casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 Jesus Himself calls to us, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28 When fear rises about what tomorrow holds, we cling to His promise, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10 and Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don't let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful. John 14:27

We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. You see the restless nights, the racing thoughts, and the fear about the future and about this dental procedure. We ask You to calm every fear and quiet the anxious heart with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding. Grant restful sleep and restore strength. We place this upcoming dental procedure into Your hands, asking that You guide the hands of those providing care, that all would go smoothly, that the results would come back well and bring no cause for further worry, and that healing would be swift and complete. Help us to trust You with every detail of the future, knowing that You hold all things and that You work all things for good for those who love You. We sought You and we thank You that You answer and deliver us from all our fears. Psalm 34:4 Let Your presence be felt in a powerful way, bringing comfort, courage, and deep assurance that You are near. We ask all this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus, amen.

We hear how worn out you are right now, not being able to rest with so much stress sitting on you. It makes sense that the unknowns about the future and a dental procedure coming up so soon would keep your mind racing at night.

We are praying for you to know more calm in these days. One small thing that has helped others facing a dental visit is to call the office ahead of time, let them know you are feeling anxious, and ask them to walk you through what will happen step by step. It can also help to bring someone you trust to wait with you, and to write down any questions you have so you do not have to hold them all in your head.

We also want to encourage you, if the worry and sleeplessness continue to feel overwhelming, to reach out to your doctor or a trusted counselor or pastor alongside prayer, so you have support close by.

Jesus, we lift our friend to You tonight. You see the lack of rest and the fear about what lies ahead. Please bring Your peace to their heart and mind, steady their thoughts, and give them rest. Be with them in the dental procedure, guide the hands of those caring for them, and help the results to be good. Give wisdom for each next step and remind them they are not alone. In Jesus name, amen.

To lie awake full of stress and anxiety is a heavy trial, and the heart that cannot rest soon finds its strength spent. You have done well to bring this burden to Jesus, for the very anxiety which arises through your being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty.

Hear what the Lord says to such a troubled soul. Fear not is a plant which grows very plentifully in God's garden. Again and again He says, Fear not, for I am with you, be not dismayed, for I am your God. Fear not, I will help you. Fear not, thou worm Jacob, I will help thee, saith the Lord. It is not merely a preacher who cries, Fear not, but it is Jesus Himself who whispers to His poor servant, Fear not.

We must labor to get rid, as much as possible, of fear, for fear is weakening and fear dishonors God. Shall we doubt the Eternal and distrust the Omnipotent, as if the arm which piled the heavens and sustains the pillars of the earth could ever be palsied. Therefore I charge you, if you are indeed a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, to let your faith overcome your fear and to obey that gracious word, Casting all your care upon Him, for He careth for you.

Do not keep your anxiety confined to yourself, telling it over and over in your own bosom, for no good will come of that. Tell it to Him who cares for you. He who has redeemed you and called you by name will not leave you to face the future alone, nor to go into that dental procedure without His presence. Your future, and that hour in the dentist's chair, and the report that shall follow, are all in His hands.

Let us pray for you now.

O gracious Father, Thou seest this restless and anxious heart. Thou knowest the fears concerning what the future holds and concerning this dental procedure which is so near. We ask Thee to speak Thy Fear not to this soul. Calm the fears, quiet the troubled thoughts, and grant sleep and rest to the weary. Be present in that procedure, guide the hands that work, and grant that all may come back well according to Thy good will. Help Thy child to cast all care upon Thee, for Thou carest for Thy people. Strengthen faith, remove dismay, and let perfect love cast out fear, for Jesus Christ's sake. Amen.

Not being able to rest because your mind won't stop is miserable, and an upcoming dental procedure just adds fuel to it. There's a short spoken prayer called the Limbic System Repatterning Prayer on the One Prayer at a Time YouTube channel, prayed over calming fear and stress in the body, and you only have to listen. I hope you get a break from the worrying soon.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
