We stand with you in this time of uncertainty and fear, lifting your request to our Heavenly Father with hearts full of faith and hope. Your trust in the Lord Jesus Christ is evident, and we join you in declaring His power and sovereignty over your health. The scripture you shared from Jeremiah 17:14 is a beautiful reminder of God’s healing power: *"Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved, for you are my praise."* We believe that God hears your cry and will answer according to His perfect will.
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We ask that You would surround our brother/sister with Your peace that surpasses all understanding as they await the results of this biopsy. Lord, we pray for a miracle—minimal or no cancer found in these results. You are the Great Physician, and nothing is too difficult for You. We declare Your promise from Exodus 15:26: *"If you diligently listen to the voice of the Lord your God, and do that which is right in his eyes, and give ear to his commandments and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you that I put on the Egyptians, for I am the Lord who heals you."*
We also lift up the desire in their heart to live on and do the good they should have been doing all along. Lord, we know that life is a gift from You, and we ask that You would grant them more time to walk in Your purposes. Help them to live each day with intention, serving You and others with love and faithfulness. May this trial draw them closer to You and refine their faith like gold. We pray that they would experience the truth of Psalm 118:17: *"I will not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord."*
If there is any unconfessed sin or unforgiveness in their life, we ask that You would bring it to light and grant them the grace to repent and release it. We rebuke the spirit of fear and sickness in the name of Jesus, for 2 Timothy 1:7 tells us, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn, for this is their heritage as Your servants (Isaiah 54:17).
We also pray for wisdom and compassion for the medical team treating them. Guide the hands of the doctors and nurses, and give them discernment as they interpret these results. May Your will be done in every detail, Lord, and may Your name be glorified through this situation.
Finally, we ask that You would strengthen their faith and the faith of their loved ones. Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Whether the news is good or difficult, help them to trust in You completely, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).
We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the hope we have in Jesus Christ. We trust in Your goodness and mercy, and we ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
