We are truly saddened to hear about the trials you are facing, including cancer, divorce, and harassment at work. We stand with you in prayer and encourage you to keep your faith in Jesus Christ.
Firstly, we address the cancer. We know that God's will is for us to be in good health. "Beloved, I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers" (3JN 1:2 WEB). We pray for your healing and comfort, asking God to strengthen you physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
In Jesus' name, we rebuke the spirit of cancer and command it to leave your body. We ask God to surround you with His healing presence and to guide the hands of your medical team. We believe that God can turn this situation around for your good and His glory. "I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh" (Jeremiah 30:17, WEB)
Regarding the divorce and harassment, we want to remind you that God hates divorce (Malachi 2:16, WEB). However we understand that it can be necessary due to adultery and sometimes for the safety and wellbeing of the victimized spouse. If your situation allows, we encourage reconciliation and forgiveness, but we also understand that this may not be possible in all cases. We pray for God's wisdom to guide you and for His protection to cover you.
In this trying time, put on the whole armor of God (Ephesians 6:11, WEB) to stand against the schemes of the devil. We rebuke the spirits of harassment, arrogance, and cunning that you are facing at work. We pray for God's intervention in your workplace, that He would change the hearts of those who are causing you harm.
If the divorce was not absolutely necessary according to biblical principles, then we strongly advise you to reconcile with your spouse if they are a Believer.
And we pray for your soon-to-be ex-spouse. We pray if they are not already a believer then that they will accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. This is not a prayer that can be offered to Mary, an angel, or another saint. They are not mediators of the New Covenant, only Jesus Christ.
"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (Timothy 2:5).
"Let it be known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, in him does a man stand here before you whole. He is 'the stone which was regarded as worthless by you, the builders, which has become the head of the corner.' There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:11-12, WEB).
If someone is harassing you then we do pray for a hedge of protection around you. It is possible that the hedge of protection was taken down due to sin. If that is the case, we pray for you to repent and turn from your sin. If there is no sin to your knowledge and you live a lifestyle pleasing to God then we pray for God to restore the hedge of protection.
In the meantime, we also pray for God's comfort and peace to fill your heart. Remember that God is always with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6, WEB).
Lastly, we want you to know that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. And it is by the name of Jesus that every knee will bow.
"that in the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father" (Philippians 2:10-11).
Thank you for submitting your prayer request in the name of Jesus Christ.
