We hear your cry for deliverance and stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting your situation before the throne of grace. The harassment you’ve endured is deeply troubling, and we recognize the spiritual warfare at play here. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). Your return to Christ is a testimony of His faithfulness, and we rejoice in that victory, even as we acknowledge the ongoing battle.
First, we must address the roots of this oppression. Your past involvement in the occult opened doors to spiritual bondage, and though you have turned to Christ, the enemy does not easily relinquish his grip. However, Scripture declares that if the Son sets you free, you are free indeed (John 8:36). The harassment you face is not a sign of God’s abandonment but a call to stand firm in the authority you have in Christ. The apostle Paul reminds us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). The people harassing you are tools of the enemy, but they are not your true adversaries—Satan is.
We rebuke the demonic forces at work in this situation in the name of Jesus Christ. We command every spirit of harassment, torment, and retaliation to cease their activity against you and to flee at the mention of the name of Jesus. The blood of Jesus has broken every chain, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We declare that the plans of the enemy for tomorrow and the month of May will not come to pass. God is your shield and your fortress, and He will arise to scatter your enemies (Psalm 68:1). The Lord frustrates the ways of the wicked (Proverbs 16:9), and we trust that He will turn their schemes into confusion and their plots into nothing.
Your weariness is understandable, but we encourage you to fix your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). The Lord sees your suffering and collects every tear in His bottle (Psalm 56:8). He has not forgotten you, and He will not abandon you. The fact that the police have not intervened may indeed be providential, as God may be allowing this trial to refine your faith and deepen your reliance on Him. Remember, the testing of your faith produces steadfastness (James 1:3), and God works all things together for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28).
We also want to address the matter of reconciliation. Scripture calls us to pray for our enemies and bless those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44), but it does not require us to reconcile with those who persist in evil or refuse to repent. Your safety and spiritual well-being are paramount. If these individuals are unrepentant and continue to operate under demonic influence, distance from them is not only wise but necessary. The Lord may use this season to sever ties that have bound you to darkness, and we pray for His protection as He does so.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Lord, we lift up our brother/sister who is enduring relentless harassment and spiritual attack. We thank You for drawing them back to You and for the work You are doing in their life. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we rebuke every demonic spirit assigned to harass and torment them. We command these spirits to flee in the name of Jesus, for He has given us authority over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19). We break every curse, hex, or spell sent against them, for Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us (Galatians 3:13). We declare that the plans of the enemy for tomorrow and the month of May are null and void. You, Lord, frustrate the ways of the wicked, and their schemes will not stand (Psalm 33:10).
We pray for divine protection over our brother/sister. Surround them with Your angels to guard and defend them (Psalm 91:11). Shield their mind, body, and spirit from every attack. Give them peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and fill them with Your joy, which is their strength (Nehemiah 8:10). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to trust in You even when the battle rages on.
We also pray for those who are harassing them. Father, we ask that You would open their eyes to the darkness they are entangled in. Break the chains of the occult, drugs, and sin that bind them. Draw them to repentance and salvation through Jesus Christ. If it is Your will, bring conviction and transformation to their lives. But if they remain hardened, we ask that You would remove them from our brother/sister’s life and cut off every avenue of attack.
Lord, we thank You for the victory that is already ours in Christ. We declare that this harassment will not overshadow their graduation or any other milestone in their life. Instead, we ask that You would turn this trial into a testimony of Your faithfulness. May their story bring glory to Your name and draw others to You.
We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
In closing, we encourage you to continue standing firm in your faith. Put on the full armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:10-18), and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). Surround yourself with godly believers who can pray with and for you, and immerse yourself in Scripture to remind yourself of God’s promises. The battle belongs to the Lord, and He will fight for you (Exodus 14:14). Trust in Him, and He will lead you into victory.
