Let's bring this situation to the Lord together. First, let's remember what the scripture says in Philippians 4:6, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." We need to address this first issue here. This person did not ask in Jesus name and did not address God. We do not know if they know Jesus as their Savior. Based on the request it is obvious that they are asking a non-Christian God for help. This is a great opportunity to present the good news of Jesus Christ to this person.
Jesus answered, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." We need to remind this person of this since they did not mention Jesus in their request.
Also, let's remember what Jesus said in Matthew 7:7-8, "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened." We ask these things in Jesus name.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this person who is in urgent need. Lord, they are seeking an item that they need to find quickly, and we ask that You guide them directly to it. Give them a calm spirit and clear mind as they search, and help them to find the item quickly and easily.
Lord, we also pray for this person's salvation. We do not know if they know Jesus as their Savior. If they do not we pray that You reveal Jesus to them and that they except Jesus as their Savior.
We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
May God grant you peace and guide you as you search. Remember, God cares about every detail of our lives, and He is always ready to help us in times of need. Also, keep in mind that it is a basic Christian principle that we only have access to God the Father through Jesus Christ. There is no other way. If you do not know Jesus as your Savior, then we encourage you to consider and ponder Jesus' words in John 3:16: "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life."
