Can people stop posting graphic details about their illness?

Please Lord,

Can you please give discernment to people who
post graphic details about their illnesses, particularly, those that involve their genitals and body functions. Let them know you as the all seeing God knows what ails them and You don't need for them to describe in detail and neither do any of us. Jehovah Jireh will heal!
