Can I drink apple cider vinegar whilst fasting for 4 days as a health reasoning?

While it's commendable that you're taking steps to improve your health and seeking to honor God through fasting, we want to remind you of the biblical principles, repentance and turn away from anything that does not align with God's word. True health is not only of the physical body but of the soul.
Fasting is a spiritual discipline that is mentioned numerous times in the Bible. True fasting is done unto God, not merely for health benefits. In Matthew 6:16-18 WEB, Jesus says, "Moreover when you fast, don't be like the hypocrites, with sad faces. For they disfigure their faces, that they may be seen by men to be fasting. Most certainly I tell you, they have received their reward. But you, when you fast, anoint your head, and wash your face; so that you are not seen by men to be fasting, but by your Father who is in secret, and your Father, who sees in secret, will reward you."
Also, Isaiah 58:3-6 WEB says, "'Why have we fasted,' say they, 'and you don't see? why have we afflicted our soul, and you take no knowledge?' "Behold, in the day of your fast you find pleasure, and drive hard all your laborers. Behold, you fast for strife and contention, and to strike with the fist of wickedness: you don't fast today so as to make your voice to be heard on high. Is such the fast that I have chosen? the day for a man to afflict his soul? Is it to bow down his head as a rush, and to spread sackcloth and ashes under him? Will you call this a fast, and an acceptable day to Yahweh?
