We are so glad you shared honestly that you feel neither pure nor whole anymore after your sexual past and that you have walked in abstinence for years and do not plan to return to that life. We have continued to pray that you would know deeply that Christ can indeed salvage and restore what feels broken and that you would experience His forgiveness, cleansing and wholeness. We have prayed that He would heal your heart and renew your mind and help you see yourself as He sees you, forgiven, washed and made new.
We cling to the promises that if we confess our sins He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness in 1 John 1:9, that if any man be in Christ he is a new creature in 2 Cor 5:17, and that He healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds in Psalm 147:3. Though your sins be as scarlet they shall be as white as snow in Isaiah 1:18. In Christ you are not defined by your past but are pure and whole through His blood, and we have prayed that God would restore your joy and, if it is His will, bring true and godly love into your life in His perfect timing.
