First, let us remind you that God sees your weariness and does not dismiss it. Jesus Himself said, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest"* (Matthew 11:28). Rest is not a sign of weakness—it is a gift from God, and He invites you to receive it. The fear and guilt you feel about calling off work may stem from a place of responsibility, but we must also remember that our bodies and minds are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).
