Call For Fasting 3

Hello every one as we start this fast I felt lead to share some verses on fasting.

Matthew 6: 16-18 And when you fast, do not look gloomy like the hypocrites, for they disfigure their faces that their fasting may be seen by others. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward. But when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face, that your fasting may not be seen by others but by your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.

Isiah 58:6 “Is not this the fast that I choose: to loose the bonds of wickedness, to undo the straps of the yoke, to let the oppressed go free, and to break every yoke?

Be strong during this fast, the enemy knows how powerful fasting is and will try to stop you by putting thoughts in your head of reasons to stop. Surround yourself in Gods presents with music and reading His word. Speak to God continuously He will answer. There is so much power in fasting it will change you God will give you an encounter with Him. Seek His answers and be sure you pray for others not just your self.

Job 42:10 - And the LORD turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the LORD gave Job twice as much as he had before.

God bless

I am praying for you greeniz. Call on Jesus and He will answer. Put Him and our Heavenly Father first and everything will fall into place. Remember, Jesus is the one that is with us and helping us, not our spouses. We must stay focused on Jesus. Ask Him to help you focus your heart and mind on Him instead of your circumstances. He will do it. Ask Him be your husband for the rest of your life. Ask Him to receive you as the sinner you are and make you his wife. He will fill your heart with His love and care. He will fill you with contentment and peace. He will put joy back in your heart that you thought you could never find again. Why should we rely on a mere human for all these things when we have a savior that is more willing to give them to us? Claim your happiness and peace back in Jesus' name. You will feel such freedom from the burden that you feel now. Trust me. God bless :-)

A Standers Affirmation

I AM STANDING FOR THE HEALING OF MY MARRIAGE!...

I will not give up, give in, give out or give over 'til that healing takes place. I made a vow, I said the words, I gave the pledge, I gave a ring, I took a ring, I gave myself, I trusted GOD, and said the words, and meant the words... in sickness and in health, in sorrow and in joy, for better or for worse, for richer or for poorer, in good times and in bad...so I am standing NOW, and will not sit down, let down, slow down, calm down, fall down, look down or be down 'til the breakdown is torn down!

I refuse to put my eyes on outward circumstances, or listen to prophets of doom, or buy into what is trendy, worldly, popular, convenient, easy, quick, thrifty, or advantageous... nor will I settle for a cheap imitation of God's real thing, nor will I seek to lower God's standard, twist God's will, rewrite God's word, violate God's covenant, or accept what God hates, namely divorce!

In a world of filth, I will stay pure; surrounded by lies I will speak the truth; where hopelessness abounds, I will hope in God; where revenge is easier, I will bless instead of curse; and where the odds are stacked against me, I will trust in God's faithfulness.

I am a STANDER, and I will not acquiesce, compromise, quarrel or quit. I have made the choice, set my face, entered the race, believed the Word, and trusted God for all the outcome.

I will allow neither the reaction of my spouse, nor the urging of my friends, nor the advice of my loved ones, nor economic hardship, nor the prompting of the devil to make me let up, slow up, blow up, or give up 'til my marriage is healed.

Please pray. I am at a loss on what to do. I was trying to leave with my kids and and my husband got really angry. He said punch me you know you want to but I said no I don't resort to violence or would even think of doing that. He grabbed my hand and started punching himself in the face 3 times, I tried to pull my hand away but he's too strong. I now I have a bruised knuckle and sore arm/hand. How can there be any hope in this?

You need to get to a safe place where you and your kids can stay for a while. If the cops need to be involved then let them involved. even if its just to have them restrain him until you guys are completely gone. God wants to help you and your husband but He wants you and your kids to be safe as well. Find a safe haven. Then let God heal you. Cry out to Him and ask for His help. God will help you. Ask for the strength that you will need for yourself and your kids. Ask Him to work on your husband and leave your husband in His hands. God will work on you only if you let Him. I am praying for you
