Call For Fasting 3

Hello every one as we start this fast I felt lead to share some verses on fasting.

Matthew 6: 16-18 And when you fast, do not look gloomy like the hypocrites, for they disfigure their faces that their fasting may be seen by others. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward. But when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face, that your fasting may not be seen by others but by your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.

Isiah 58:6 “Is not this the fast that I choose: to loose the bonds of wickedness, to undo the straps of the yoke, to let the oppressed go free, and to break every yoke?

Be strong during this fast, the enemy knows how powerful fasting is and will try to stop you by putting thoughts in your head of reasons to stop. Surround yourself in Gods presents with music and reading His word. Speak to God continuously He will answer. There is so much power in fasting it will change you God will give you an encounter with Him. Seek His answers and be sure you pray for others not just your self.

Job 42:10 - And the LORD turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the LORD gave Job twice as much as he had before.

So here are a couple praise reports, Dan and Susan had contact via phone for first time since Christmas PRAISE GOD. Jacob and Lisa, Lisa is finally letting Jacob see his children first time since october. I am going to fast at least one day a week from now on it is apperant things happen.

There is miraculous power in prayer & fasting combined!

Jesus said, "But this kind (evil) does not come out except by prayer and fasting," and he empgasized instructions to his disciples for WHEN they fast, not IF they fast. From personal experience, I have had huge revelations and breakthroughs every time I fast... They may not be exactly what I've prayed for, but nonetheless they are incredible. Truly, these results from prayer & fasting are works of our unfailing God.

I'm still fasting, Finally the Lord told me that something that i still need to be healed from is my insecurities. My insecurities about myself are what caused the majority of my marriage issues. So I am relinquishing my husband and my marriage and myself (again) to let God do what He needs to do.

Keep hanging in there allibear and God will answer your prayers as well as be there for you. As the bible says, he does not put more onto us than we can handle.

Had both a negative and a breakthrough tonight.

Negative was my son lashed out today at his grandparents and called his mom to pick him up. When she brought him back, he told me his mom said she was still looking for a house and that she loved the other guy but not to tell me and she had already introduced the other guy to her son and daughter.

I can see and hear the confusion in my son as he is unsure of what to do and why things are happening the way they are (he wants his mom and dad back together). <ALL THIS WAS FROM SATAN>



Breakthrough was my mom called my wife and spoke to her for about an hour. Which is indeed a miracle as my wife was not wanting to speak to anyone from our church much less me or my family. My mom said she spoke what she felt God placed on her heart to tell my wife and she listened.

My wife said she had been praying asking for Gods guidance and felt the phone call from my mom was confirmation of what God wants.

So now I pray that she would heed what God wants her to do and not continue down her path away from God.

Wow Raven thats amazing! I am praying for you brother. And your wife as well. God will heal all these marriages as long as we keep on having faith and pressing into Him.

Ever since I let go and let God (again) 2 days ago, I have had such peace and joy in my heart. Last night my husband called and we talked for a while. He was saying how excited and blessed he feels that God actually gave him this new job. I told him i am excited for him and know that he will be great. He shared some other stuff he's been feeling about himself. But i reassured him that he is on the right track and that he needs to stay positive. Everything will work out. And i meant every single word. It was such a nice conversation. He told me that when he gets off tonight, he will call or text me to tell me how everything went. God is moving in such mighty and powerful ways it takes my breathe away. I've been jogging again this week since the weather is starting to warm up. I just feel God all around me while I'm jogging through such beautiful scenery. I'm at such peace now. I love it and I love Him. Thank You Father God!! Praise Your Holy Name!!!!!

AMEN. That is very good news allibear.

Yes, God is moving in a mighty way. There are too many people praying (the bible says where 2 or more are gathered in prayer he is in the midst) for things not to start happening.

We just have to stay on guard (put on the whole armor of God Ephesians 6:11-18) as Satan is seeing this as well and is going to try and stop any peace or any blessings God has for us and our marriages.



My wife was suppose to come pick up our son today and I was hopeing she would want to talk however she sent someone else to pick him up.

Nevermind. I was just attacked heavily by the enemy. I saw messages in my husbands inbox. He was flirting with another female. I just confronted him about it. He went off on me and said she lives in texas and is younger than him and they went to elementary school together. He said he's not dating anyone and that he isnt sleeping with anyone either. I cried and told him if flirting with her or other females is what he wants to do, then when he gets the divorce papers, i'll sign them because i'm so hurt now and cnt take it anymore. He yelled at me some more and hung up the phone. Im so depressed now. I think i just screwed everything thing up. What am i supposed to do now?? I'm so hurt :'(
