Call For Fasting 3

Hello every one as we start this fast I felt lead to share some verses on fasting.

Matthew 6: 16-18 And when you fast, do not look gloomy like the hypocrites, for they disfigure their faces that their fasting may be seen by others. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward. But when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face, that your fasting may not be seen by others but by your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.

Isiah 58:6 “Is not this the fast that I choose: to loose the bonds of wickedness, to undo the straps of the yoke, to let the oppressed go free, and to break every yoke?

Be strong during this fast, the enemy knows how powerful fasting is and will try to stop you by putting thoughts in your head of reasons to stop. Surround yourself in Gods presents with music and reading His word. Speak to God continuously He will answer. There is so much power in fasting it will change you God will give you an encounter with Him. Seek His answers and be sure you pray for others not just your self.

Job 42:10 - And the LORD turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the LORD gave Job twice as much as he had before.

Me and my husband are still trying to have a baby. I did find a fertility doctor in California that is good and his prices are reasonable. We are praying to get ALL the money and for the unborn daughter we plan to have

For the past couple of day on my fast, i think i feel i keeping hearing God say that my husband is getting ready to come home. He has also been asking me if i'm ready. I'm hoping that it is really Him speaking and not just my mind saying these things. Then this morning in a devotional, it was talking about being ready for the return of a prodigal spouse. I dont know if it was just a coincidence or not. How do i know if it was really God telling me these things?? I'm not doubting Him, I'm doubting myself and my ability to discern between my own thoughts and actually hearing God's voice......

Most of us wonder if what we are hearing or seeing at times is from God. The bible tells us to discern the spirits. In those cases, compare what you are hearing to the bible.

If what you are hearing, thinking, seeing is of the bible then it very well is God talking to you. He speaks to us thru other people, his word, thru things we hear on the radio, etc.

The doubts you are feeling are of Satan. God is telling you one thing however Satan is trying to move in on you and prevent any blessing from God.

God is not a God of doubt or confusion. Those things are from Satan.

Sounds to me God is getting ready to work a wonderous miracle in your life.

Just be prepared and as the bible says, put on the full armor of God as Satan is going to try and prevent that blessing.

And keep your focus and eyes on God and it will help you keep things in prespective as far as Gods Will. Yes, that is hard considering what all of us are going thru but its not impossible.

I don't post everyday here however Im still praying for each and everyone here everyday throughout the day.

Pray without ceasing as God tells us, so I talk to him all day even when Im not on my knees in prayer.

Wanted to share with everyone something I read a few nights back that greatly helped me.

Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. Isaiah 26:3

Peace is possible in the midst of turmoil. It all depends on our focus. When we fix our minds on the Lord, we wont be shaken, no matter what the negative news of the day. We, who know Christ, have nothing to fear in the present, and everything to hope for in the future.

We serve the God who controls time and eternity, and He never changes. He will keep us calm and full of peace, when we look to Him.

Praise Repooooort!!

This morning i just felt the Lord was telling me that He was going to bless me. I've been seeing signs and everything. At work, my spirit was just so happy. I got home and was trying to take care of some business (selling some puppies) and suddenly my husband calls saying that he just got off work. he asked me what i was doing and i told him nothing really. Then he asked about the puppies and i told him how many were sold and going home this weekend. He was really proud of me for handling business on my own. He also mentioned how he is extremely short on money and asked if he could borrow some. I said sure and that i told him if he ever needed anything, i would always be here for him. He thanked me and told me that he was actually on his way to over now. I was completely shocked because i wasnt expecting that. We were on the phone the whole time he was driving. Finally he reaches and sees the nice outfit i'm wearing. He compliments me and comes inside to greet my mom. She greets him kindly and warmly. He talks to her a minute and then we head into the basement to our rooms. He greets the dogs and they are excited to him as always. then we decide to go outside with them. We went outside and spoke about general stuff. We stayed outside for quite a while and then headed back in because it was getting cold outside and he was getting ready to leave. Then my phone goes off and a man that wanted a puppy wanted to meet up so he could meet the puppy and put a down payment on him. I said sure what time. And the man said 6:30. By this time it was already 5:45. i told him that was perfect. I hung up with him and my husband told me that he wasnt too comfortable on me going to meet some guy (in public mind you) by myself. I told him i'll be fine and that i was bringing Noah (the puppies' daddy...big pitbull ;-) ) so if anything, he will scare the man off if he tries anything. My husband still wasnt sure and decided that he wanted to come along. I asked him if he was sure because i knew he was tired and hungry. He still insisted, I said ok and silently praised God. God's timing is always perfect!! My husband was just about to leave! So then i told him a have to give the puppy a quick bath first. he offered because he was still in his work clothes and he didnt want me to mess up my nice clothes. So we both went into the bathroom to bathe the puppy in the sink. I got the puppy shampoo for him but he was having trouble holding the puppy and getting the shampoo to come out of the bottle. So i helped him. We turned on the water but had to make sure it was the right temp. He had his hand under the running water to test the water then he asked me what the right temp was. So i put my hand under the water as well right on top of his. Our hands started touching as we were trying to get the right temp. I felt myself blush. I dont know if he felt anything, but i know i did. Anyway so we finish bathing the puppy and get in the car and go. My husband gets a phone call from his male friend. He was telling his friend that he was with me taking care of business right quick. But the thing is he said "yeah i'm with my, my, my....with Allison taking care of some things right quick." It kind of hurt because he was about to say wife but he just said my name instead. But i didnt let that get me down. So anyway, while were driving, we were talking and laughing the whole way to Krogers (the public place where we were meeting the guy). I called the guy to let him know we were waiting in the parking lot. He was stuck in traffic so it was going to be a minute. So my husband and i were talking and just waiting. He said some funny things and had me cracking up. We watched a funny video on his phone that made us both laugh. He started saying how hungry and tired he was. I apologized that the guy was taking longer to meet us. He said it was ok he was just tired. Finally the guy came. When the guy saw me, he automatically started checking me out a bit and i saw from the corner of my eye that my husband was watching him. My husband checked me out then looked at the guy and how he was checking me out. I could tell he didnt like that. So all three of us were talking about pitbull bloodlines and the guy's girlfriend and their daughter and where they live and all the good stuff. My husband felt more comfortable with the guy and the meeting went well. the guy gave me the down payment and we said our goodbyes and parted ways. My husband said he really liked him and that he was proud of me for taking care of business by myself. Then he TRIED to toot his own horn and say that i got those business skills from him. I just laughed and said if you say so. We talked and laughed some more on the way back to the house. When we reached i was kind of sad because i didnt want this to end. But i just humbled my self and told myself God is in control. My husband came back inside to say goodbye to the dogs and to my mom and sister. I walked him to his car and we hugged. I didnt want to let go. He said that he is coming back over on Sunday because another guy is supposed to be coming over to get a puppy as well. I said ok and just stared at him. i couldnt help it. So then we said our goodbyes and he left. I went back inside, and i just started praising God in my room. He is so amazing. Then i left to go back out to dinner with a friend of mine. I was praising God all the way to her house LOL. She lives like 25-30 mins away.

I am amazed at what God did and is doing. I cant give up and i'm glad i didnt. I would have missed out on this blessing. God is moving you guys. I will forever stand for my marriage and all other hurting marriages as well. TO GOD BE ALL THE GLORY AND ALL THE PRAISE!!!
