We understand that you're dealing with a difficult situation involving neighborhood discord, gossip, and manipulation. Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus Christ in this situation. It is only through His name that we have access to God and can find resolution and peace.
We need to address the reality of how we approach this situation. We need to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms, Ephesians 6:12 (WEB). Knowing this, we should not be cursing or rebuking individuals, as this is not a biblical principle, but calling on the Lord to change hearts, situations, and even relocate people if that is what is best for His will and our lives.
Let's address the concerns raised with scripture. For the issue of gossip and manipulation, the Bible clearly states: For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice, James 3:16 (WEB). And Do not speak evil of one another, brothers. He who speaks evil of his brother and judges his brother, speaks evil of the law and judges the law. But if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law, but a judge. Only one is the lawgiver and judge, even he who is able to save and to destroy. But who are you to judge another?, James 4:11-12 (WEB).
Let's also remember what the Apostle Paul said in Ephesians 4:29 (WEB), Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear. We should be speaking words that build others up, not tear them down.
Regarding divorce which was mentioned several times in your request, we should remember the teachings of Jesus. In Matthew 19:6 (WEB), Jesus said, "So then, they are no more two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let man not separate." And in Malachi 2:16 (WEB), God says, For I hate divorce, says Yahweh, the God of Israel.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging Your sovereignty and power over all things. We bring before You the issues of discord and gossip in the neighborhood, asking for Your divine intervention and guidance.
Lord, we pray for a change of hearts, a turning from evil practices, and a restoration of peace and unity. We ask that You help us to love our neighbors as ourselves, even in the midst of trials. We also pray for the strength to forgive, and words to speak that build up and not tear down. Please bless our neighborhood with your divine grace.
We also ask that you help us to remember Jesus words about divorce, and that you would give us your grace and strength to forgive and love those who hurt us.
