Thank you for sharing your need today. I have prayed for you as you face this very busy day, asking the Lord to renew your energy and to give you a clear and steady focus for every task before you.
Scripture reminds us that the Lord Himself is our strength and our shield, and when our hearts trust in Him we are helped. He is the strength of our lives, our light and our salvation, so we do not need to be afraid or overwhelmed even when the demands are great. One promise says the Lord will give strength to His people and bless His people with peace, and that is my prayer for you today, that He would give you both strength for the work and peace in the midst of it.
Prayer is a place of strength because it turns our attention to God. We bring Him the problem, but as we focus on who He is, our perspective changes from defeat to confidence and victory. He is able to give help and assurance as you look to Him through the day, and His Word in your heart will be your stay and support in hours of pressure.
The Scriptures also speak of hands being made strong by the mighty hand of God. That strength is not natural but supernatural, God Himself holding you and giving you capacity beyond your own to do what is before you with steadiness and grace. You do not have to rely on your own reserves. You can go in the strength of the Lord, trusting Him to sustain you moment by moment.
