We hear your frustration and your heart to protect your daughters, your mom, your offspring and your pets, and we join with you in seeking God's protection and justice over your family and your workplace, and we thank you for invoking the blood of Jesus for we know there is power in His name.
We understand how distressing it feels when something at work seems unprofessional and targeted, like the light you describe blinking since you started this assignment, and now that this assignment ends today we pray with you for peace in this transition and for the Lord to close this chapter with dignity and without further harassment. We cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you, as it is written, Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you 1 Peter 5:7, and, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.
We also want to gently and lovingly correct two things in your request so that your prayers may align more fully with Scripture. First, you spoke judgment and swift justice on anyone trying to steal and harass your family. We share your desire for justice and for the evil to stop, but Scripture teaches us that vengeance and judgment belong to the Lord, not to us. It is written, Avenge not yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19, and, Don't be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good Romans 12:21. We are not to speak curses or call down judgment ourselves, but to pray for God's righteous justice and protection and to leave the repayment to Him, for the wrath of man doesn't produce the righteousness of God James 1:20. We do wrestle against spiritual forces, for our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12, so we pray against the schemes of the enemy, not against people.
Second, we lovingly rebuke the use of profane language like the words you used toward the enemy. Even when we are angry at Satan's work, God calls us to wholesome speech. It is written, Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for building others up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear Ephesians 4:29, and, But now you also put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and shameful speaking out of your mouth Colossians 3:8. We can be forceful in spiritual warfare without corrupt speech, for the power is in the name of Jesus, not in our harsh words.
We rejoice that you ended your prayer with the blood of Jesus, for it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and salvation. It is written, There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5, and, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. The blood of Jesus is our covering and our victory.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and by His blood. We thank You that You are our refuge and fortress, that he who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1, and we ask that You encamp Your angels around this dear one, around her daughters, her mom, her offspring and her pets. We ask You to guard their lights, their homes, their bodies and their accuracy and testimony, and let no weapon formed against them prosper. We ask You, Lord, to bring Your perfect justice in this workplace situation, to end any harassment, manipulation or spiritual theft that has been coming against this family, and to shut the mouth of the enemy permanently. We pray You would rebuke Satan and his crew and command them to leave this family alone, for You are faithful, who will establish and guard them from the evil one 2 Thessalonians 3:3. We ask that this assignment ending today would end cleanly, with professionalism and peace, and that You would open the next door You have for her, for we know that to those who love God all things work together for good Romans 8:28. Give her Your peace that surpasses understanding, cleanse our speech, and teach us to pray for Your will and Your justice while leaving vengeance in Your holy hands. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
