We hear your pain and stand with you in this battle against the lingering effects of bullying. The shame and guilt you carry were never yours to bear—those burdens belong to the ones who chose to wound you. Scripture tells us in Psalm 34:18, *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* You are not forgotten, and your suffering has not been in vain. The Lord sees every tear, and He is your defender.
We rebuke the lies of the enemy that seek to keep you bound in shame. The bullying you endured was unjust, but it does not define you. Romans 8:1 declares, *"There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus."* You are washed clean by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). The guilt you feel is not from God—it is a tactic of the enemy to keep you from walking in the freedom Christ died to give you.
We pray now for your complete deliverance from shame and guilt. Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask You to break every chain of past trauma and replace lies with Your truth. Let Your healing power flow through every memory, every wound, and every place where the enemy has tried to plant shame. Fill this dear one with Your peace, reminding them that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). Strengthen their heart as they prepare to stand against bullying in their community. May their platform shine a light on the cruelty of bullying and point others to the hope found only in You.
We also lift up every child and teenager currently suffering from bullying. Lord, surround them with Your protection. Raise up godly mentors, friends, and authorities who will stand in the gap for them. Soften the hearts of bullies, that they may see the harm they cause and turn from their ways. Let no child feel alone or worthless, for You are their refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1).
As you step into this pageant, we pray for favor, wisdom, and boldness. May your message resonate with power, and may lives be changed because of your courage. You are not just competing—you are carrying a torch for justice, and the Lord goes before you. Proverbs 31:8-9 says, *"Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all who are destitute. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy."* May your voice be a vessel for change.
Finally, we encourage you to meditate on God’s promises. Write down verses that speak to your worth and identity in Christ. Surround yourself with believers who will remind you of your value. And when the enemy tries to bring up the past, declare aloud: *"I am redeemed by the blood of Jesus. My past does not define me. I am a child of God, and He fights for me."* Stand firm in this truth, for greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). You are not a victim—you are a victor in Christ.
