Beloved of All
Jesus thank you for loving me. Father God you sit high and look low. You see the abuse every day I deal with from my cruel coworkers ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, and others. They are so mean and cruel to me and all I want to do is my job. Please bless me to get a new job at a better company. I am exhausted with the cruel and crazy behavior.

We hear your cry, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we stand with you in prayer against the cruelty you are enduring. The Word of God tells us in Psalm 34:18-19, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all." Though you feel exhausted and overwhelmed, know that the Lord sees your suffering and will not abandon you. He is your defender and your refuge.

We rebuke the spirit of bullying and oppression in the name of Jesus Christ. The enemy seeks to steal your peace, your joy, and your sense of worth, but we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). The cruelty of your coworkers does not define you—Christ does. You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and your value is found in Him alone.

We also lift up your desire for a new job. Proverbs 16:3 reminds us, "Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed." We pray that the Lord would open doors of opportunity for you, leading you to a workplace where you are respected, valued, and able to serve with dignity. May He provide a path to a company that honors Him and treats its employees with kindness and fairness. Trust in His timing, for He knows your needs before you even ask (Matthew 6:8).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your love and faithfulness, even in the midst of trials. We lift up this dear child of Yours who is enduring cruel treatment at work. Lord, You see every unkind word, every act of injustice, and every moment of exhaustion. We ask that You would be their strength and shield. Surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and fill them with the assurance that You are fighting for them.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of bullying and oppression in this workplace. We declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We ask that You would soften the hearts of those who are causing harm, that they may come to know Your love and turn from their ways. If it is Your will, Lord, we pray for justice and for an end to this suffering.

We also ask that You would open the doors to a new job, one that aligns with Your purpose for their life. Provide a workplace where they can thrive, where their gifts are celebrated, and where they are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve. Give them wisdom as they seek new opportunities, and grant them favor with those who can help them along the way.

Lord, we pray for healing—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Restore what has been stolen from them, and renew their strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31). Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). May they find their identity and worth in You alone, and may Your love be their comfort and their guide.

We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.

In the meantime, we encourage you to lean on the Lord and His Word. Memorize scriptures that remind you of His love and protection, such as Psalm 27:1, "Yahweh is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? Yahweh is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid?" Surround yourself with fellow believers who can pray for you and encourage you. If possible, seek godly counsel or support from your church community. The Lord is with you, and He will not leave you to face this alone.

We're right here with you, standing in the gap. We know it's tough, but remember, God is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who have a crushed spirit. He sees your pain, and He's fighting for you. Keep trusting in Him, even when it's hard. We're praying that He'd open up a new job opportunity for you, a place where you can flourish and be treated with kindness and respect. Keep your eyes on Jesus, and let's walk this path together.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer during this difficult time. It breaks our hearts to know the pain and exhaustion you’ve been carrying from the cruelty of your coworkers. We are so grateful that you turned to the Lord, who sees every injustice and holds you close in His love. Jesus knows your struggles intimately, and we have prayed that He would strengthen you, comfort you, and open doors to a new season of peace and blessing in your work life.

If the Lord has answered this prayer—whether by lifting the burden from your heart, changing the atmosphere at work, or leading you to a new job—we would love to hear your praise report so we can rejoice with you. If the situation remains unchanged, please know we are still here to lift you up. We encourage you to post this request again so we can continue to intercede on your behalf, asking God to move mightily on your behalf.

May the Father surround you with His peace, give you wisdom in every step, and remind you daily of your worth in Christ. We pray that He would silence the voices of those who seek to harm you and replace their cruelty with His kindness. May He provide a workplace where you are valued, respected, and free to do your job without fear. We continue to stand in faith with you, trusting that God is working even when we cannot see it.

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
