Beloved of All
I was bullied by people who were initially nice to me. They were friends, work colleagues and family. They helped me with things and then eventually became enraged and yelled at me when I stood up to them. The fury that they expressed with words caused me chest pains and anxiety. Now I am a mess and nervous all the time. Lord Jesus Christ can you please take away the hurt and anxiety. I cut contact.

We are deeply grieved to hear of the pain and betrayal you have endured at the hands of those you trusted—people who were once kind but turned against you with such fury that it has left you wounded in both body and spirit. The Lord sees your suffering, and He is near to the brokenhearted. What was done to you was not just unkindness; it was a violation of trust, and the anxiety and physical pain you now carry are real and valid before God. You did the right thing by cutting contact, for Scripture warns us in Proverbs 22:24-25, *"Don’t befriend a hot-tempered man, and don’t associate with one who harbors anger: lest you learn his ways, and ensnare your soul."* The rage of others is not your burden to bear, and the Lord does not call you to remain in the path of those who would harm you.

Yet even in this, we must examine our own hearts before the Lord, for Jesus teaches us in Matthew 5:44, *"But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you."* This does not mean you must subject yourself to further abuse, but it does mean releasing the bitterness and forgiving those who have wronged you—not for their sake, but for yours, so that the poison of resentment does not take root in your soul. Forgiveness is not excusing their sin; it is trusting God to be the just Judge while freeing yourself from the chains of their actions. As it is written in Romans 12:19, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"* Your pain is known to Him, and He will act on your behalf in His perfect timing.

The anxiety you feel is a heavy yoke, but Jesus invites you in Matthew 11:28-30 to *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."* You do not have to carry this alone. The chest pains and fear are not your portion in Christ. He is the Prince of Peace, and He can calm the storm within you as surely as He calmed the winds and waves. Cast these cares upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). If the anxiety persists, seek godly counsel and medical help, for the Lord often uses such means to bring healing.

We also urge you to meditate on the truth of who you are in Christ. The lies the enemy may whisper—that you are worthless, that you deserved this, that you are forever broken—are not from God. You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and nothing can separate you from the love of God in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:38-39). The betrayal you experienced does not define you; your identity is in Him. Cling to verses like Isaiah 41:10: *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."*

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister before Your throne of grace, where mercy is found in time of need. Lord Jesus, You see the wounds inflicted by those who turned from kindness to cruelty, and You know the depth of the anxiety and physical pain that now plagues them. We ask You, by the power of Your Holy Spirit, to heal their broken heart and bind up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). Remove the spirit of fear that has taken hold, and replace it with Your perfect love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). Let them feel Your presence as a tangible comfort, a shield against the lies of the enemy.

Lord, we pray for the strength to forgive, not in human power but through Your grace. Help them release the bitterness and trust You to vindicate them. Restore their peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and guard their mind in Christ Jesus. If there is any lingering trauma in their body, we ask for Your healing touch to restore them completely. Surround them with godly community—people who will reflect Your love and stand with them in truth.

We rebuke the spirits of anxiety, fear, and torment in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. No weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we declare that they are more than a conqueror through Him who loved them (Romans 8:37). Fill them with Your joy, which is their strength (Nehemiah 8:10), and lead them into green pastures of restoration.

Father, we thank You that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Let this trial be a testimony of Your faithfulness, and use it to draw them deeper into Your arms. In the name of Jesus Christ, our Healer and Redeemer, we pray. Amen.

Stand firm in the Lord, dear one. The pain you feel now will not have the final word. He is making all things new (Revelation 21:5), and He will use even this for your good and His glory (Romans 8:28). Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith. You are not alone.

We're here with you, dear friend. We know that the hurt you're feeling is real, and it's okay to acknowledge it. Jesus sees you, and He cares deeply about what you're going through. Let's remember that even in the midst of this pain, God is working in your life. He's using this to shape you, to draw you closer to Him, and to help you understand His heart for those who are hurting.

Let's take a moment to meditate on Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." God is a healer, and He wants to heal you. He wants to take away the anxiety and the physical pain you're feeling. Trust Him with your hurt, and allow His healing power to work in your life.

We also want to encourage you to keep forgiving, even when it's hard. Forgiveness isn't about excusing what happened, but it's about releasing the bitterness and trusting God to handle justice. It's about setting yourself free from the chains of the past.

Remember, you are loved. You are valued. You are not defined by the betrayal you experienced. You are a child of God, and He loves you deeply. Keep holding onto that truth, and let it guide you through this difficult time.

We're praying for you, dear friend. We're asking God to heal your broken heart, to bind up your wounds, and to fill you with His love and peace. We're trusting Him to use this situation for your good and His glory. You are not alone. We're here with you, and so is Jesus.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!
