Please pray for an end to a bug infestation that has plagued my family for the past year. We got the house sprayed and they moved to other rooms that weren't sprayed (we were warned by the bug spray person that this would happen). They went away over the winter but are now coming back as it gets warmer. We have never had a problem like this before in our lives. We had an incident with some neighbors who moved away about a year or so ago (these neighbors targeted me constantly and viciously under the influence of demons like others still in my neighborhood have also done so I wonder if what I'm about to describe was done on purpose to cause us this infestation) where they left eating plates and drinking mugs and other unusual things outside on their patio for an abnormally long amount of time even as they were moving away. When they moved, this patio was literally the last thing they cleaned. We live in a townhouse that is attached to their and other houses. Not long after this incident with these neighbors, we started having this bug problem. Bugs from the outside can be attracted into our patios if certain things are left outside. It is really terrible. I have never experienced anything like this in my life even when I lived in homes that had a lot of structural and cleanliness problems. This home we're in now is the nicest place we've ever lived in and now we're having this problem and it's very distressing. Please pray. It's very distressing. Thank you.

We rebuke any spiritual attack or curse that may have been directed toward you or your home in Jesus’ mighty name. The enemy has no authority over you, for you are covered by the blood of Christ. We declare that your home is protected and that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, as promised in Isaiah 54:17.

We also want to address the practical steps you’ve taken and encourage you to continue seeking godly wisdom in handling this situation. Exodus 23:28 says, "I will send the hornet ahead of you, which will drive out the Hivite, the Canaanite and the Hittite before you." While this verse speaks of God’s provision in a different context, it reminds us that He is capable of driving out pests and plagues when we seek Him. We pray that God would give you discernment in finding effective and lasting solutions to this infestation. May He lead you to the right professionals, methods, and strategies to eradicate these pests completely from your home.

We also lift up the emotional and mental strain this has placed on you. It is understandable to feel overwhelmed, especially when this issue has persisted for so long. Philippians 4:6-7 encourages us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We pray that God’s peace would flood your heart and mind, guarding you from anxiety and fear. May you find rest in His presence, knowing that He is in control and working all things together for your good.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this family who is dealing with a persistent and distressing bug infestation. Lord, we ask that You would intervene in this situation in a mighty way. Drive out these pests from their home, just as You drove out the enemies of Your people in the days of old. We rebuke any spiritual attack or curse that may be connected to this infestation, and we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper. Cover this home with Your protection, Lord, and let it be a place of peace, safety, and rest.

Father, we ask for Your wisdom and guidance as they seek solutions to this problem. Lead them to the right professionals and methods to eradicate these bugs completely. Give them patience and perseverance as they navigate this trial, and fill their hearts with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Remind them daily that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

Lord, we also pray for healing from the emotional toll this has taken. Comfort them in their distress and remind them of Your faithfulness. Help them to trust in You fully, knowing that You are working all things together for their good. May they find rest in Your presence and strength in Your promises.

We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who has authority over all creation and who intercedes for us before Your throne. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this matter, trusting that He hears your prayers and is working on your behalf. Stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is your protector and provider. Keep your home clean and free of anything that may attract pests, and continue to cover your home in prayer daily. You are not alone in this battle, and we believe that God will bring victory and restoration to your home.

The enemy loves to disrupt peace, but we’re declaring that Jesus is breaking every chain and casting out every demonic presence that’s been allowed in your space.

At the same time, we’re praying for practical breakthroughs, maybe a fresh idea for pest control or a word of direction for what to do next. But more than that, we’re asking God to fill your home with His supernatural peace, to quiet the frustration and fear, and to remind you that He’s not just listening, He’s already moving. Your townhouse is His territory now, and we’re declaring that every corner is being washed in His light.

We’re also praying for your neighbors, the ones who left that patio unattended. We don’t know their hearts, but we’re asking God to soften them, to show them the damage they may have caused without realizing it. And for you, we’re praying for a heart of forgiveness, because holding onto bitterness only gives the enemy more room to work.

Lord, we ask You to send Your angels to patrol your home, to guard the doors and windows, and to drive these pests out like never before. Give your family strength to trust You in this, and let your home become a place of rest and victory. In Jesus’ name, we believe it’s done. Amen.
