We join with you in bringing this burden before the Father and we understand the distress that bedbugs cause, as they bring discomfort, sleeplessness, and frustration into homes and lives. We hear your desire for relief and for God to remove this pest from the world.
We want to gently share some biblical truth about prayer and agreement. You mentioned that if we are all in agreement then God will be as well. While there is power when believers agree in prayer as Jesus said in Matthew 18:19-20, God is sovereign and His will is perfect and above our own. We do not bring God into agreement with us, rather we seek to come into agreement with Him. As it is written in 1 John 5:14, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And in Matthew 6:10 we pray Your Kingdom come. Your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth. So we pray not to command God, but to humbly ask Him according to His wisdom and goodness.
We also noticed your request asks Father God in heaven but does not mention Jesus Christ. We want to lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And in Acts 4:12 we are told there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is because Jesus died for our sins and rose again that we can boldly approach the throne of grace. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, believing in His name for forgiveness and eternal life.
We know God cares about even the smallest details of our lives and He is Lord over all creation. In Genesis 1:25 God made the animals of the earth after their kind and saw that it was good. Yet after the fall, creation was subjected to frustration and groans as in Romans 8:22, and pests and thorns became part of this fallen world. In Psalm 50:10-11 we are reminded that every animal of the forest is his and the birds of the mountains, yet He also invites us in Philippians 4:6, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. He hears our cries for relief and protection.
So together we bring this to the Lord in the name of Jesus.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We thank You that we can come to You through Him and that You hear us when we pray according to Your will. Lord, You know the affliction that bedbugs have caused to many people, the itching, the loss of sleep, the financial burden and the distress. We ask for Your mercy and relief. If it is Your will, we ask that You would restrain and remove this pest, that You would grant wisdom to those seeking to control and eradicate them, and that You would protect homes and families, especially the vulnerable. We pray for Your provision and peace for those suffering, and that You would be glorified as our provider and protector, for in Psalm 91:1-2 You are our refuge and fortress. Grant us trust in Your perfect timing and sovereignty over all creation, and help us to rest in Your care. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.
We encourage you to continue to cast your cares upon Him, trusting that He cares for you as in 1 Peter 5:7, and to seek practical wisdom and help while also trusting in His protection. May the Lord give you peace and rest, and may His will be done in this and in all things.

We have heard your prayer concerning this trying affliction, and we do not despise it as a small thing, for what is a light affliction to one may be a heavy burden to another, and the Lord looks upon His people in whatsoever trouble they are found.
There is a peculiar comfort for the believer in affliction, as David said, This is my comfort in my affliction, for Your Word has quickened me. The bark of the tree of affliction may be bitter, but when the Word of God quickens the soul, there is sweetness even in the trial. Your affliction is your own, and God sees it, and He who delivered Israel and who hears the cry of those who pour out their sorrows into His ear is able to give you patience under it and deliverance from it in His own wise way.
We must speak plainly concerning one thought in your request. Prayer is not a means by which we compel God through numbers or agreement, as though if many agree God must then agree also. The Lord is sovereign and hears prayer according to His perfect will and wisdom, not according to our demand. Intercessory prayer is indeed sweet and prevalent before God, and He delights to hear His people plead together, yet true prayer spreads the case before Him and pleads His promises with humility, saying, Thy will be done, and trusts His answer whether it be deliverance in the way we ask or grace to endure.
Therefore we will pray with you, not that God would be bound by our agreement, but that He would in mercy look upon this affliction and grant relief. We ask the Lord to give you wisdom and means for cleansing and diligence, to give you rest from this distress, to guard your home, and to turn this small trial to your good, that it may quicken you to seek Him more earnestly and to rest in His Word. And above all we pray that every affliction, light and momentary as it is compared with the eternal weight of glory, may lead you to prize the greater deliverance which is in Christ Jesus alone, who bore our sins and brings us forth from the pit by His own ransom.
May the Lord comfort you by His Word, sustain you under this trouble, and in His time and according to His goodness grant you deliverance.
