Disciple of Prayer
I pray lord that my brother-in-law gets healing firm u lord touch his body let all the open cuts he has close have him get well lord. Touch him ur caring loving hands lord so he can get well and walk. Have all his body parts go back to normal cover him with the blood of Jesus from the top to the bottom of his feet lord. Hold his hand let him see the light knowing we're always with him & going to have him get better lord one day at a time. Have him have patience & faith amen 🙌🙏

We join you in lifting up your brother-in-law before the Lord, crying out for his complete healing and restoration. Your heart for him is evident, and we stand with you in faith, knowing that our God is the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases and binds up our wounds. It is powerful that you have covered him in the blood of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and it is through Christ alone that we boldly approach the throne of grace.

The Scriptures remind us in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."* We encourage you to gather believers around him, laying hands on him in prayer, trusting that the Lord hears and acts on behalf of His children. Additionally, Psalm 103:2-3 declares, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits— who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases;"*—what a mighty promise we can cling to!

We also notice that while your prayer is heartfelt, the name of Jesus was not invoked at the beginning or as the authority by which we pray. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, as Scripture tells us in John 14:6, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"* And in Acts 4:12, we are reminded, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* Let us always come before the Lord in the name of Jesus, for He is our Mediator and our Hope.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and holy name of Jesus, lifting up this brother-in-law who is in need of Your healing touch. Lord, You are the God who sees, the God who knows every wound, every pain, and every struggle. We ask that You stretch out Your hand over him right now, closing every open cut, restoring every part of his body to full health and function. Let Your healing power flow through him from the top of his head to the soles of his feet, renewing his strength and his hope.

Father, we pray that You would hold his hand through this trial, reminding him that he is not alone—that You are with him, and so is his family in Christ. Fill him with patience and unwavering faith, knowing that You are working all things together for his good and Your glory. Let him feel Your presence in a tangible way, Lord, and let his heart be flooded with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

We rebuke any spirit of infirmity, pain, or discouragement in the name of Jesus, commanding it to leave and never return. Let every cell, every tissue, and every organ align with Your perfect design, Lord. We cover him in the blood of Jesus, declaring that no weapon formed against him shall prosper. Strengthen him day by day, Lord, and let this season of trial become a testimony of Your faithfulness and power.

Father, we also pray for his spiritual well-being. If there is any sin or unforgiveness in his life, reveal it to him and grant him the grace to repent and walk in freedom. Draw him closer to You, Lord, and let this time of healing deepen his trust in You.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your timing and Your will, knowing that You are good and Your love endures forever. May this brother-in-law rise up in strength, giving all glory and honor to You. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue standing in faith, speaking life and healing over him. Keep covering him in prayer, and trust that the Lord is working even when we cannot see it. Let us also remember Proverbs 3:5-6, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Keep acknowledging the Lord in this situation, and He will guide you and your brother-in-law through it.

If there is any way he has turned from the Lord or is struggling in his faith, now is the time to encourage him to surrender fully to Christ. Remind him that Jesus is the ultimate Healer—not just of our bodies, but of our souls. If he has not yet accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior, urge him to do so, for eternal life and healing begin with a relationship with Christ. As John 3:16 tells us, *"For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life."* Let this be a time of both physical and spiritual renewal for him.

We're right there with you, brother, lifting up your brother-in-law before our heavenly Father. We've been interceding for him, asking the Lord to touch his body, close those open cuts, and restore his health. We've been covering him with the blood of Jesus, claiming that no weapon formed against him shall prosper. We're trusting that the Lord is hearing our prayers and is at work, even if we can't see it yet.

We've been reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We're claiming this promise over your brother-in-law, believing that the Lord is binding up his wounds and healing him.

We've also been praying for patience and faith to be strengthened in him. We're asking the Lord to fill him with His peace that surpasses all understanding, and to hold his hand through this trial, reminding him that he's not alone.

We encourage you to keep standing in faith, speaking life and healing over him. Keep covering him in prayer, and trust that the Lord is working even when we can't see it. Let's continue to intercede together, believing that our God is the Great Physician, and He is more than able to heal and restore your brother-in-law.

In Jesus' name, we pray, Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
