Bring Thoughts Under Submission

hi how many of us actively bring our thoughts under submission. Satan is good. He will have you thinking a whole bunch of things, and he will mix it with the truth so we start to believe it. one example is how we think about the PO in our spouses life. I battle with these thoughts all of the time. I have to keep bring to remembrance that she is my Fathers child now better and no worse than me. she was created in his image. I some times have thoughts about conversations she and h have (of course they are not nice) or conversations she will have with my step children and in laws. these are thoughts we have to bring under submission. it may be nice to think about them having problems and glory in it, but we are not to take joy in another person misery no matter who they are.

when we find ourselves living in our spouses life we have to stop and ask God to help us. because if we dwell on these thoughts we will eventually act on them. remember our thoughts govern our actions.
I was sitting here thinking about if she will be going to my step sons graduation. My h said he is going and asked me not to go. So of course my mind went wild. and the conversations are all in my favor but we don't know what is going on over that side of the mountain. all we can and should do is concentrate on our side and what God has told us.
I believe there is a reason God doesn't want me there maybe a lot so I try to think about that instead. Maybe God doesn't want me hurt to see them together, I very seldom see them together. Maybe he don't want me there because I would be more concerned about them instead of my step son and all of the joy and attention will be taken away from what the purpose of the day is.
Instead I will be happy for my h. this will be the first time he has been to one of his sons events at his school. I went to the oldest child graduation last year. God has a plan and if we keep trying to second guess what it is and what is going on that side we will not only interfere with Gods plan but more than likely get hurt along the way. God also protects us when we leave everything in his more than capable hands.
I often think about joseph. God gave him a vision of his family bowing down to him, but who would have though he would have had to be sold, falsely accused and locked up for that vision to come true. But you know what else amazes me about that story is that God only gave him a small piece of the vision. Remember not only did his family bow down to him but all of Egypt. So let us leave it in Gods capable hands because remember he has only given us a glimpse of the vision, who know what me might miss out on if we try to make that part come true on our own. Look at Abraham. He made it come true in his own might. And they have been at was ever since. So let us sit back and let go and Let God.

Thank you for this it so helped me this morning to really began to understand why I stand. My desire is to really do Gods will because I know he is working in the areas of me being able to stand. so many times when things have gotten hard I just gave up and God reminded me yesterday of Matthew 13 The Parable of the Sower and he had me read it and I realized that I was the seed that had no root so therefore could not endure when times got rough. I need my roots to go deep so therefore I stay in prayer and in Gods word not just a hearer of the word but a doer also. Please keep me in prayer.

I prayed to hear God's voice and heard the word acceptance. I then said I accept the fact that it may not be God's will to restore us. It really hurt saying out loud and made me cry intensely but briefly then brought a release and a peace. This doesn't mean it isn't His will and I will still...

Dear Family Of God, Today, around 1:45pm ( SAST ), i sent an import e-mail to a psychiatrist requesting her to amend a medical report that she compiled. It is urgent for me, but may not be urgent for the LORD. I am however, feeling much pain and anguish as a result of this document and urgently...
