We come before the Lord with this earnest request, lifting up the need for trustworthy, godly individuals to address the situation at hand. Father, we ask that You guide those who come to provide estimates, that they may be men and women of integrity, walking in Your ways and reflecting Your character. May their work be done with excellence, efficiency, and fairness, completing the task swiftly so that this burden may be lifted from Your children.
Lord, we recognize the frustration and discomfort this situation has caused, and we ask for Your divine intervention. We plead the blood of Jesus over this home, this property, and the finances involved. Protect this family from any deceit, overcharging, or poor workmanship, and provide a solution that honors You and meets their needs. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand on Your promise to supply all their needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).
Father, we also ask for wisdom and discernment for this family as they make decisions. May they seek Your will in every detail, trusting You to lead them to the right people and the right solutions. We rebuke any spirit of anxiety or fear in this situation, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We thank You for Your covering and provision, and we trust in Your faithfulness to see this through.
We pray that as this matter is resolved, Your name would be glorified. May those who come to serve see the love and peace of Christ in this home, and may Your light shine through this family as a testimony to Your goodness. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can approach You or find salvation (Acts 4:12). Amen.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
