We lift you up before the Father in heaven, ###, knowing that He is the Great Physician who sees your suffering and cares deeply for you. Your eyesight and health are precious gifts from Him, and we ask for His healing touch upon your swollen maculas and high blood pressure. The Scriptures remind us in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* We claim this promise over you, trusting that God is able to restore your vision and bring your body into balance.
It is also written in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh."* We stand on this truth, declaring that the Lord will renew your strength and bring healing to your eyes and body. At the same time, we encourage you to seek wise medical counsel, for God often works through the hands of doctors and the wisdom of medicine. Remember that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and caring for it—through proper rest, nutrition, and medical attention—honors Him.
We also want to gently remind you, ###, that our prayers are most powerful when we come before the Father *in the name of Jesus*. There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved or through which we can approach God (Acts 4:12). If you have not already placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so, for He alone is the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6). It is through Him that we receive not only healing for our bodies but eternal life for our souls.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up ### to Your throne of grace. Lord, You formed her eyes in her mother’s womb, and You know the number of days ordained for her. We ask that You touch her maculas, reducing the swelling and restoring clarity to her vision. Bring her blood pressure into a healthy balance, for You are the God who sustains our bodies and breathes life into our frames.
Grant her peace in this season, reminding her that You are near to the brokenhearted and close to those who call upon Your name. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and surround her with Your presence. If there is any fear or anxiety in her heart, replace it with Your perfect love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18).
We also pray for wisdom for ###’s doctors, that You would guide their hands and minds as they provide care. May every treatment and decision align with Your will for her life.
Father, we thank You in advance for the healing You are bringing to ###’s body. May this trial draw her closer to You, and may her testimony of Your faithfulness encourage others. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
###, we will continue to pray for you and ask that you keep us updated on your progress. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). Stay encouraged, for our God is faithful!
