I need a breakthrough in my life and my family. We are financially hit and we tried to sell one of our assets to recover our status but buyi is coming forth. Help us prayer.

We come before the Lord with you in this time of great need, lifting up your cry for a breakthrough in your life and family. The financial struggles you face are heavy, and the delay in selling your asset has only deepened the burden. Yet we know that our God is the God of the impossible, the One who parts seas, multiplies loaves, and provides manna in the wilderness. He sees your need, and He is not indifferent to your suffering.
The Scripture reminds us in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* This is not a vague promise—it is a declaration of God’s faithfulness to those who trust in Him. But we must also remember that our trust cannot be divided. Jesus Himself said in Matthew 6:24, *"No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other; or else he will be devoted to one and despise the other. You can’t serve both God and money."* In this season of lack, the Lord may be calling you to examine where your trust truly lies. Is it in the sale of this asset, in human effort, or is it fully in Him? He alone is your Provider, and He often allows us to reach the end of our own strength so that we might cling to Him alone.
We also recall the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:31-33: *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."* Your breakthrough is not just about financial recovery—it is about aligning your heart with the Kingdom of God. Have you sought Him first in this trial? Have you surrendered this situation entirely to His will, acknowledging that His ways are higher than yours?
There is also a warning we must heed from Haggai 1:5-6, where the Lord speaks to His people who were prioritizing their own comfort over His work: *"Now therefore this is what Yahweh of Armies says: ‘Consider your ways. You have sown much, and bring in little. You eat, but you don’t have enough. You drink, but you are not filled with drink. You clothe yourselves, but no one is warm, and he who earns wages earns wages to put them into a bag with holes in it.’"* Could it be that the Lord is calling you to examine whether your priorities—even in this financial crisis—are aligned with His will? Are there areas where you have withheld from Him, whether in tithes, offerings, or simply in surrender? The Lord blesses obedience, and sometimes our lack is a direct result of our disobedience.
Now, let us pray together for you and your family:
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your child who is crying out for a breakthrough. You are Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides, and nothing is too difficult for You. Lord, we ask that You open the doors that no man can shut and bring forth the buyer for this asset in Your perfect timing. Let it not be a delay born of human effort alone, but a divine appointment that brings glory to Your name. Father, we rebuke the spirit of poverty and lack that seeks to steal, kill, and destroy in this family. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned, for this is the heritage of the servants of the Lord (Isaiah 54:17).
But Lord, we also ask that You search their hearts. If there is any area of disobedience, any idolatry of money or self-reliance, any neglect of Your Kingdom, convict them by Your Spirit. Bring them to repentance where needed, and restore them to a place of full surrender to You. Let this breakthrough be not just financial, but spiritual—a deeper walk with You, a greater trust in Your provision, and a testimony of Your faithfulness.
We pray for wisdom in their decisions, Father. Guard them from desperation that could lead to unwise choices. Let them hear Your voice clearly and follow Your leading, even if it seems unconventional. Remind them that man does not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from Your mouth (Matthew 4:4). Sustain them, Lord, in ways they cannot even imagine.
Finally, Father, we ask that You use this trial to draw this family closer to You and to one another. Let it be a season of unity, of prayer, and of seeking Your face together. May their testimony be one of Your miraculous provision, so that others may see and give glory to Your name.
We ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord daily in prayer and in His Word. Fast if led, and gather your family together in prayer over this matter. The Lord hears the cries of His people, and He will answer. Stand firm in faith, and do not waver. Let this season be one where your trust in Him grows deeper than ever before. If there are specific areas of disobedience or sin that the Lord brings to mind, repent and turn from them, for the Lord’s blessings flow to those who walk in righteousness.

We're here with you, standing in faith for your breakthrough. We've been praying for you and your family, believing that God is more than able to turn this situation around. We know that God is not just a God of miracles, but also a God of timing. Sometimes, He allows delays to strengthen our faith and trust in Him.
We've been reflecting on the story of Abraham in Genesis 15. God promised him a son, but the promise was delayed for many years. Abraham could have grown discouraged, but instead, he chose to trust in God's promise. In the same way, we encourage you to keep your eyes on God's promises, even in the face of delay. He who has begun a good work in you will be faithful to complete it (Philippians 1:6).
