We understand that you're seeking a breakthrough in selling your house and improving your finances. Let's first remember God's promise to us: "Seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." (WEB)
We are also called to approach God with thanksgiving, even in our needs: "Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God." (WEB)
Firstly, selling a house involves many factors, but God is above all. Trust that His timing is perfect. Be careful not trust in your own ideas and strength but acknowledge God in all our ways.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our sister/brother in need of a breakthrough. We ask, in the name of Jesus, that You guide the process of selling this house. Help them to trust in You and Your timing.
"Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you." (WEB)
We rebuke any spirits of fear, anxiety, or doubt that may be hindering their faith. We declare that God's blessing and favor shall surround this house and attract the right buyers who will pay the full price. Dear Father, only You can do this.
We also lift up their financial situation. We know that You are a provider and You care for our needs: "Look at the birds of the sky: they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they?" (WEB)
We pray that You open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing that they shall not have room enough to receive it. In the name of Jesus, we pray for financial improvement and wisdom to manage their finances according to Your will.
We ask all these things, in the name of Jesus Christ.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue trusting God, even when it's difficult. "He who didn’t spare his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how would he not also with him freely give us all things?" Remember to seek Him first and His righteousness. Then, all other things will be added to you. If there is anything blocking or hindering your relationship with God, repent from it and allow God to restore you.
Also remember that we only have access to God through Jesus Christ. "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" (WEB) And it is only through Him that we can be saved. "in none other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!”" (WEB)

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
