We hear your cry to be free from this pact with Santa Muerte and we stand with you together before the Lord in Jesus' name to seek your deliverance, for we know that God hears the repentant heart and is mighty to save.
We must speak plainly with you in love, this pact you made is not with a saint at all but with darkness itself. Santa Muerte is not from God, it is an idol of death and a deception of the enemy. Scripture warns us there shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer Deuteronomy 18:10-11. And it says the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to demons, and not to God, and we would not have you have fellowship with demons. You cannot both drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons 1 Corinthians 10:20-21. Any vow or pact made with this figure is a pact with demons, it brings bondage and death, for the thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life, and may have it abundantly John 10:10.
You cannot break this in your own strength, and no ritual or payment to that idol will free you. There is only one name by which you can be delivered and saved, and we notice you did not mention that name in your request. That name is Jesus Christ. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is only through His blood and His authority that every chain of death is broken, for He Himself destroyed him who had the power of death, that is the devil Hebrews 2:14.
If you want to be truly free, you must repent and turn completely to Jesus with your whole heart. We urge you to renounce this pact openly before God, to confess it as sin, to destroy and remove from your home every image, statue, candle, altar, or object connected to Santa Muerte, and to turn away from it and never return. As the believers in Ephesus did when they believed, they brought their books of magic together and burned them in the sight of all Acts 19:19. You must choose life, for God has set before you life and death, the blessing and the curse, therefore choose life Deuteronomy 30:19.
We encourage you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, for with the heart one believes resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation Romans 10:9-10. Lord, we confess before You that a pact was made with Santa Muerte, with death and with demons, and we agree that this is sin and idolatry and an abomination before You. We ask You to forgive this sin through the blood of Jesus shed on the cross. We renounce and break that pact right now in Jesus name, we declare it null and void, broken by the power of the blood of Jesus. We command every demonic spirit attached to that pact, every spirit of death, fear, and deception, to leave and go from this person and not return, for it is written submit therefore to God, resist the devil, and he will flee from you James 4:7. We ask You Lord to cleanse this person from all unrighteousness, to fill them with Your Holy Spirit, to surround them with Your peace and protection, for greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4. We pray they will destroy every idol and object of that false worship and give their life fully to Jesus as Lord and Savior, that they will be set free indeed for if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed John 8:36. Be assured that there is hope for you, not in any dark power or false saint, but in the Lord Jesus Christ alone, for deliverance from the power of darkness is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin.
Santa Muerte has no power to save and no right to claim you. She is not a saint but a deception that would keep souls going down to the pit. The word of God is clear that salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, and that He alone has found the ransom. You cannot break this bond by your own resolve or by any ritual, for it is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy. You can do nothing of yourself, and you know it, and that is where free grace meets you.
Yet God has not only invented a way of deliverance, He has found a ransom. The prisoner is ready to be executed, but there comes to him undeserved deliverance from all punishment, for the King's own Son has borne the penalty of all his iniquities. When the Lamb was slain, deliverance was made effectual, and He brings His people forth. As it is written, I have found a ransom, and therefore deliverance is certain and already accomplished for all who trust in Him. The blood of Jesus Christ cancels every covenant made in darkness, for where that blood is applied, no other claim can stand.
Therefore turn wholly to Him now. Confess to God that you have sought help where there is no help, and have entered a pact where Christ alone should reign. Thank you for sharing this request so honestly and for wanting to be free from this pact. That desire itself is a good and important step toward God, and He hears you when you turn to Him.
The Scriptures are clear that Santa Muerte is not a saint and has no true power to help or save. It is an image of death, while God is the God of life. The Bible warns us not to seek power or protection from spirits of the dead or other mediators, but to come to God alone through Jesus Christ. As it is written, there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus, and there is no other name by which we must be saved. Any pact made with this figure is a turning away from God, but it does not have to bind you any longer, because Jesus is far more powerful than any dark power or promise made in the past.
The good news is that deliverance and forgiveness are found in Jesus alone. He died on the cross and rose again to break the power of sin, death, and every evil spirit, and to bring us into adoption as children of God. When you turn from sin and put your trust in Him, His blood cleanses you completely and His Spirit gives you freedom. You do not need a special ritual or payment to be free.
