Break in

My garage got broken into last night,  I am so scared now. I actually seen him, he was on my property for a long time. While waiting for police I panicked and called my ex who asked me not to cantact him anymore. He doesn't want me and I had no business reaching out. Help me to forgive myself and not disrespect him again. Asking for prayers to help me feel ok in my own house again and help me feel safe enough to sleep. I really need to go to school tmrw. IJNP
