We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent plea for deliverance from generational curses and physical afflictions. We stand on the authority of God’s Word, which declares in Exodus 20:5-6, "You shall not bow yourself down to them, nor serve them, for I, Yahweh your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children, on the third and on the fourth generation of those who hate me, and showing loving kindness to thousands of those who love me and keep my commandments." Yet we also cling to the promise in Ezekiel 18:20, "The soul who sins, he shall die; the son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son. The righteousness of the righteous shall be on him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be on him."
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we break every generational curse of diabetes, COPD, asthma, arthritis, and heart issues that has plagued this family line. We declare that the blood of Jesus, shed on Calvary, has broken every chain and every bondage. Galatians 3:13-14 tells us, "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, 'Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree,' that the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith." We rebuke these afflictions in Jesus’ name and command them to leave this family forever. No weapon formed against them shall prosper, for we stand on Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me, says Yahweh."
We also lift up the weariness and burden of responsibilities that weigh heavily upon this family. Jesus invites us in Matthew 11:28, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." We pray for divine rest, both physically and spiritually, and for the strength to carry out the tasks set before them. May the Lord grant them wisdom to prioritize and the grace to trust Him with every detail. We declare that His yoke is easy and His burden is light (Matthew 11:30), and we ask for His peace to guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We cover this family under the shadow of the Almighty’s wings, as Psalm 91:1-4 promises, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.' For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart." We plead the precious blood of Jesus over them, knowing that it speaks a better word than the blood of Abel (Hebrews 12:24) and provides perfect protection and cleansing.
We also lift up the worker mentioned in this request, who is in desperate need of the Lord. We bind every false religion and every deception that blinds their heart to the truth of the Gospel. Jesus declared in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We pray for the Holy Spirit to bring mighty conviction to this individual, as Jesus promised in John 16:8, "When he has come, he will convict the world about sin, about righteousness, and about judgment." We ask that the scales fall from their eyes, that their heart be softened, and that they surrender to the lordship of Jesus Christ. May they experience the transforming power of the Gospel and be born again by the Spirit of God (John 3:3-5).
Father, we ask that You draw this worker to Yourself with cords of love. Break every chain of false belief and open their heart to receive the truth. We pray for divine encounters, dreams, and revelations that will lead them to salvation. Surround them with believers who will shine the light of Christ into their life and disciple them in Your ways. We declare that the same power that raised Jesus from the dead is at work in them (Ephesians 1:19-20), and we ask for a mighty outpouring of Your Spirit upon them.
Lord, we also ask for Your provision and protection over this family as they walk through this season. Provide for their every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Guard their hearts from fear and anxiety, and fill them with Your perfect peace (Isaiah 26:3). Strengthen their faith and help them to trust You in every circumstance. We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37), and that nothing can separate them from Your love (Romans 8:38-39).
In the name of Jesus Christ, we command every spirit of infirmity, sickness, and disease to leave this family and never return. We declare healing and wholeness over their bodies, minds, and spirits. We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Christ. May this family walk in the fullness of Your blessings, and may they be a testimony of Your power and grace to all who know them. We give You all the glory, honor, and praise, for You alone are worthy. Amen.
