We come before the Lord with hearts burdened by the weight of spiritual warfare and the attacks of the enemy, yet we stand firm in the victory that is already ours through Jesus Christ. The scriptures remind us that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, powers, and the spiritual forces of wickedness in heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). We are called to resist the devil, and he will flee from us (James 4:7). Yet we must also remember that our ultimate weapon is not our own strength or anger, but the power of Christ and the authority of His name.
First, we must address the tone of this request. While it is right to seek God’s justice and protection, we are also called to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). Vengeance belongs to the Lord, and He will repay (Romans 12:19). We do not fight with the fire of human wrath, but with the fire of the Holy Spirit, who convicts and transforms hearts. Let us not be consumed by bitterness or a desire for retaliation, but instead, let us trust in God’s perfect justice and timing. He sees the wickedness of those who stalk the innocent, and He will act. Our role is to stand in faith, pray for protection, and seek His will in how we respond.
We also notice that while this request mentions Jesus at the end, it begins with a focus on curses, enemies, and the devil rather than on the sovereignty and goodness of God. Our prayers must always be rooted in worship and submission to Christ, not merely in our desire for justice or relief. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father (John 14:6), and it is by His authority that we can stand against the schemes of the enemy. Let us always begin our prayers by acknowledging who God is—our Protector, Provider, and Redeemer—before bringing our petitions before Him.
For those who are facing harassment, stalking, or predatory behavior, we stand with you in prayer. The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble (Psalm 9:9). He sees the affliction of His people and will not abandon them. We pray for His divine intervention in this situation, that He would expose the works of darkness and bring them to nothing. May He surround you with His angels, protecting your home, finances, health, and all that concerns you. We ask that the Lord would give you wisdom to know how to respond—whether through legal action, boundary-setting, or simply trusting in His protection. May He also give you peace that surpasses understanding, guarding your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
If there are specific steps you need to take—such as reporting threats to authorities or seeking counsel from godly leaders—we pray the Lord would make the path clear. Do not be afraid, for the Lord is with you. He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Even in the midst of this trial, we pray that you would experience His presence and rest in the knowledge that He is fighting for you.
We also lift up your finances and property, asking the Lord to bless the work of your hands and provide for every need according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). May He restore what the enemy has stolen and bring restitution where it is due. We pray for your health, that the Lord would strengthen your body, mind, and spirit, and protect you from all sickness and harm.
Finally, we rebuke the spirit of fear that may be trying to take hold. Perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18), and we declare that the love of God is your shield. No weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord.
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, acknowledging that You alone are sovereign over all things. You see the wickedness that surrounds Your people, and You know the hearts of those who seek to harm them. Lord, we ask that You would rise up as our Defender and our Shield. Expose the works of darkness and bring to light what has been hidden. Frustrate the plans of the enemy and let his schemes come to nothing. We pray for Your divine protection over this Your child—over their home, their finances, their health, and all that concerns them. Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and let no harm come near them.
We ask for Your wisdom to guide every step they take. If there are actions they must pursue—legal, practical, or spiritual—make the path clear. Give them discernment to recognize Your voice and courage to obey. Lord, we also pray for those who are acting as enemies. Soften their hearts, convict them of their sin, and bring them to repentance. If it is Your will, turn their hearts away from evil and toward Your truth. But if they refuse to turn, we trust in Your justice, knowing that You will repay.
Father, we lift up their finances and property to You. You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider. Bless the work of their hands and restore what has been stolen or lost. Provide for every need and let them experience Your abundance. We pray for their health, that You would strengthen them and protect them from all sickness and disease. Let them walk in Your wholeness, body, soul, and spirit.
Lord, we thank You that You are a God of restoration and restitution. You see the injustice, and You will act. Help them to trust in You, even when the way seems dark. Fill them with Your peace and remind them that You are fighting for them. Let them rest in Your promises and stand firm in Your victory.
We declare that no curse can stand against the blood of Jesus. Every plan of the enemy is broken, every stronghold is torn down, and every lie is exposed by Your truth. We cover this situation with the blood of Jesus and ask that You would bring Your perfect will to pass.
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
