Break all curses of lack or relationships in my life

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Pls permanently break and remove forever all curses of lack of relationships over my life. My father spoke cruel words over my life, that nobody will ever love me and i'll die alone and miserable and crazy making shadow puppets on the wall. He was horrible. All of my relationships with men have failed--even those of friendship nature. I am almost ### and have never had a committed relationship. I can never have children--confirmed by an MD. I do not want to die one day without having a relationship--a real one. Pls pray to break this horrible curse. I am worthy of love, companionship and loyalty. My heart is broken as it has ben so so so so so so so many times.

Do Not Sin Against the Child
A Promise for Us and for Our Children
Intercessory Prayer
We hear the deep pain in your heart and we join with you before the throne of grace together in Jesus' name to seek the Father's healing and will for your life. The cruel words your father spoke over you were wicked and false, and we grieve that you have carried them for so long. We want you to know that no earthly father's curse has power over a child of God when you are in Christ Jesus.

Scripture tells us Death and life are in the power of the tongue Proverbs 18:21, and your father used his tongue to wound you deeply. But Scripture also tells us Like a fluttering sparrow, like a darting swallow, so the undeserved curse does not come to rest Proverbs 26:2. And even more, Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us Galatians 3:13. We rebuke that spoken curse over you in the name of Jesus Christ, for it was undeserved and it has no authority to define your future. The Lord says For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11. Your father's words do not determine whether you are loved or whether you will die alone. God does.

We also notice your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we must lovingly share that it is only through Him that we have access to God and that any curse is truly broken. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, believing He died for your sins and rose again, confessing Him as Lord, for then you become a new creation and no curse can cling to you. If you are already His, then rest that His blood has already broken every chain.

You said you are worthy of love, companionship and loyalty, and we understand that cry. Your true worth is not earned by relationships or by being chosen by a man, but is already established because you are fearfully and wonderfully made Psalm 139:14 and because God demonstrated His love for you while you were still a sinner Christ died for you Romans 5:8. You are worthy of love because God first loved you, and He loves you perfectly even now while your heart is broken. He is close to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit Psalm 34:18 and He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3.

We want to speak biblically about your desire for a relationship. Your longing for a real, committed relationship is understandable and good when ordered toward godly marriage. We believe in the sanctity of marriage as a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, and we pray not simply for any relationship or partner, but for a godly marriage if it is the Lord's will for you. We encourage you to pursue courtship with the goal of marriage to a fellow Christian believer, rather than seeking companionship outside of God's design. Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers 2 Corinthians 6:14. And we must gently say that any sexual intimacy outside of that marriage covenant is fornication, which God calls us to flee from 1 Corinthians 6:18, so we pray you will be guarded and pursue purity as you wait.

We also hear your grief about not being able to have children as confirmed by your doctor. This does not make you less of a woman or less worthy of marriage or love. Many godly women in Scripture carried this same sorrow, like Sarah and Hannah, and God still had profound purpose and honor for their lives. Children are a gift from the Lord Psalm 127:3, but a marriage is complete and holy before God with or without children, and your value is not measured by your ability to bear them. God promises He will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19.

Your heart has been broken so many times and every failed relationship, even friendships with men, has reinforced that old lie from your father. We encourage you to release forgiveness toward your father, not because what he did was acceptable, but because Christ forgave us and calls us to forgive Ephesians 4:32, so that bitterness does not take further root in you Hebrews 12:15. Forgiveness breaks the power that those cruel words still hold over your thoughts.

We pray for you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You together in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this precious daughter to You. Lord, we rebuke and break in Jesus' name every cruel word and every so-called curse of lack and loneliness spoken over her life. We declare that Christ has redeemed her from the curse and that no weapon formed against her shall prosper. Father, heal her broken heart and bind up her wounds. Let her know how deeply she is loved and chosen by You, that nothing can separate her from Your love Romans 8:38-39. Wash away the lies that she will die alone and miserable, and replace them with Your truth that You will never leave her nor forsake her Hebrews 13:5. If it is Your will, Lord, we ask You to bring a godly Christian husband into her life for a holy marriage that honors You, a man who will love her as Christ loves the church Ephesians 5:25, with loyalty and companionship. Give her discernment to wait for Your best and to walk in purity. Give her peace in her waiting and contentment in You, and help her to forgive her father as You have forgiven her. Restore her joy and give her hope for the future. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and Savior, amen.

We were so moved reading what you shared. Those cruel words from your father were wrong and painful to carry for so long, and we understand why you would feel marked by them after so many disappointments in friendship and hopes for a committed relationship. It makes sense your heart feels worn out and tender.

We do not believe those words define you or decide your future. You are not cursed to be alone or unlovable. In Christ you are deeply valued and fully seen, even while you grieve the loss around not being able to have children and the longing for companionship and loyalty that has gone unmet.

One gentle next step that helps many who carry old hurtful words is to invite Jesus into those specific memories with someone safe. If you have a trusted pastor or Christian counselor, you might ask if you could meet with them to prayerfully bring that memory of your father's words to the Lord together, at your own pace and only with your consent, so you are not carrying it alone anymore. It is not a quick fix, but a way to let God's comfort meet the hurt more deeply over time.

We are praying for you and would be honored to keep praying.

Father, we lift our sister to You in Jesus name. You know the sting of every word spoken over her and every relationship that has ended in hurt. Wrap her in Your love, heal what has been wounded, quiet the lies that say she is unworthy, and lead her in Your kind and faithful way forward. Give her trusted community and hope for each day. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your heart has been deeply wounded, and the cruel words once spoken over you have echoed for many years, leaving you to fear that you will be left alone and unloved. Hear a better word, for there is a voice louder than any father's curse.

The Scripture declares that Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us. Blessings we find in the Gospel, curses we find in the Law, but the Son of God appeared and said, Father, launch Your thunderbolts at Me. Here is My breast, plunge the sword of Justice in here. The cup which His Father gave Him, He drank to its dregs, at one tremendous draft of love He drank damnation dry for all who believe in Him. All the punishment, all the curse was laid upon Him, now it is all gone forever for those who are in Him. No word spoken by man, however bitter, can hold you bound when you are sheltered in Christ. He was made a curse though in Him was no sin, that you who trust Him might be blessed and accepted.

You are not worthy of love in yourself, for none of us are, but you are truly loved and made worthy in another. It is because He is the Father's Beloved that the Father loves you in Him. Since the Father accepts Christ, He accepts every member of His mystical body. When viewed aright, God the Father becomes not an object of dread but of gratitude, for He says, I will be a Father unto you, and you shall be My sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty. He is an Everlasting Father who does not die nor vacate His office, and if you have entered into union with Christ and are covered with the hem of His garment, you are His child and you shall forever be. The relationship is not to be removed by any act, either of father or of son.

You have known much loneliness, and the fear of dying alone is a painful meditation. Our Savior knew that loneliness also. They would leave Him alone, and yet He said, I am not alone, because the Father is with Me. He fell back into the arms of His Father when He was forsaken by His friends. So it may be with you. Even when human companionship fails, the Father is with you in His design and in His love. That love is in all respects equal to the love of the Son. Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed upon us.

I do not ask the Lord to bless any path outside His holy will, for true good is found only in His way. Marriage, as He ordained it, is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and all that belongs to it is to be kept within that covenant. To ask for less would be to ask for less than His best for you.

Therefore let us pray together.

Great Father, blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, we bring this wounded heart before Your throne. You have seen the cruel words spoken, the many disappointments, the brokenness repeated so often, and the sorrow over what cannot be in the way of bearing children. Lord, let it be seen that no curse of man can stand against the finished work of Your Son, who bore the curse for us. Speak Your own word over this life, that she is accepted in the Beloved, beloved of the Father for His Son's sake.

Father, if it be Your gracious will, grant in Your providence a godly and faithful companionship in holy marriage, a covenant of love and loyalty according to Your design, and guard it in purity and truth. If in Your wisdom You ordain another path, let the loneliness be met with the sure presence of the Father with her, and with the fellowship of Your people who are family in Christ. Make her to know that she is not forgotten, not forsaken, and not alone, because the Everlasting Father is with her. Teach her to trust her heavenly Father as a child, leaving all her unknown future in Your hands, for You know what she requires.

May the Father deal with her according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus, and may she find her deepest consolation not in shadow but in substance, in Him who loved her and gave Himself for her. To Father, Son and Holy Spirit be glory forever and ever. Amen.
