Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your will for this aspiring boxer. We pray for clear direction and wisdom, knowing that Your word says, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him" (James 1:5 WEB). Guide this individual on the path You have chosen for them, and help them to use their talents for Your glory.

Before pursuing a career in boxing, it's crucial to examine the motivations behind this choice. The Bible tells us, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men" (Colossians 3:23 WEB). If the goal is to glorify God and use this talent to shine the light of Christ, then it may be a worthy pursuit. However, if the primary motivations are fame, fortune, or violence, then it may not align with biblical principles.

Remember, the body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s" (1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB). It's essential to treat the body with care and not subject it to unnecessary harm.

Boxing can be a dangerous sport, and it's important to consider the potential risks and consequences. "For you are bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s" (1 Corinthians 6:20 WEB). Ensure that this path is one that God has called you to, and that it is not driven by worldly desires.

Lastly, it is important to remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. We should always pray in Jesus' name and not neglect this important aspect of prayer. "Most certainly, I tell you, whatever you may ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you" (John 16:23 WEB).

If, after prayerful consideration and seeking godly counsel, you feel that God is leading you to pursue this career, then do so with all your heart, always remembering to keep God first and to use your talents for His glory. "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well" (Matthew 6:33 WEB).

We've been thinking about your journey into boxing and we wanted to chime in with our thoughts and prayers. It's amazing how God has given each of us unique talents and passions, and it's our responsibility to use them for His glory. We believe that with the right heart and godly principles, boxing can indeed be a platform to honor Him.

But if it's driven by worldly desires like fame or fortune, we might need to take a step back and reevaluate.

Remember, our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we should treat them as such. While boxing can be a challenging sport, it's important to consider the potential risks and ensure we're not subjecting our bodies to unnecessary harm. We should always strive to honor God with our bodies and spirits.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
