We understand that you're facing difficulties with constipation and are seeking healing and regularity. We're here to pray with you and provide some biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we want to remind you that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and God cares about our physical health just as much as our spiritual well-being. "Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's." 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB
While we pray for your healing, we also encourage you to consider your diet and lifestyle, as God has given us guidance in the scriptures. "So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God." 1 Corinthians 10:31 WEB. Ensure you're drinking plenty of water and consuming a balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables, which can help alleviate constipation.
Now, let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our beloved friend who is experiencing discomfort and constipation. We ask for Your healing touch upon their body, Lord. Help their body to function optimally, and restore regularity in their bowel movements.
Lord, we also pray for wisdom and guidance for them to make healthy choices in their diet and lifestyle that would honor You and bring healing to their body. Help them to be good stewards of the temple of the Holy Spirit.
If there is any stress, anxiety, or emotional burden that may be contributing to their physical discomfort, Lord Jesus, we pray You reveal it to them and help them to release it, to cast all their care upon You (1 Peter 5:7).
Father, we ask for complete healing and restoration in their body, and we pray that this experience will draw them closer to You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue trusting in God, even in this situation. Keep praying and seeking His face, and remember that He loves you and cares about every detail of your life. "Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you." 1 Peter 5:7 WEB.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
