I feel like no amount of prayer, willpower or positive thinking has helped me be free from illness, depression, confusion and constant fear/fretfulness. I'm starting to think this is some serious spiritual problem and I don't know what to do.

This is just a comment, but I have been through the same thing. I find that the only thing that helps is serious fasting. Dear Father, Please hear your child's prayer. Please give her the spiritual gifts/armour that she needs to combat this oppression. Please give your daughter a spirit of discernment and please surround her with prayer partners. Please Father God send giant angels to fight for her, and protect her from harm. Please Father God, cover her home, her car, her family, all her possessions with the blood of your most precious son. In Jesus' mighty name, Amen
