Your words breathe a deep longing for peace, for a place to stay, for home and family made whole, and for a love that will not fail, and my heart hears in them both hope and great anxiety.
There is a perfect peace spoken of in Scripture, "You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You." It is not a peace that comes from repeating that we have no worries, nor from claiming favor as though words themselves could compel God. The true peace is that which is whispered within by the blood of Jesus, peace with God through His atonement. The hymn says rightly, "The blood of Jesus whispers peace within." Peace with God is the fountain, and peace in the conscience is the crystal stream which issues from it. Many cry, "Peace, peace, where there is no peace," and rest in a mere lull of thought or blindness to danger, but the peace which Christ gives is His own peace, bought with His blood, wrought by His Spirit, and it brings no sorrow with it.
You speak of being highly favored, and so every soul is favored who is in Christ Jesus, for to be at peace with God through Him is to be blessed indeed. Yet favor is not found in demanding that all things happen today, or that life be flawless by our own declaration. The mind is the main thing, it will bring you daylight or midnight, peace or war, and the very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. To do the will of Jesus, this is rest. Bear your sorrow with Him, bring your burdens to Him, and you will find that even with sorrows surging round, His peace may keep you.
You ask for a home that remains, for family and friends restored, for work and calling, for your pets and your daily life to be kept safe, and for a quiet retirement in due time. These are lawful cares, and the Lord would have you bring each one to Him. When you are poor or rich, when children are born or loved ones are far away, when duties press and the future seems uncertain, take the new burden to the Lord, for He will bless His people with peace. In Jesus keeping we are safe, and they also whom we love. Pray not only for no worries in word, but for a stayed mind upon Christ, who can keep you in perfect peace even when earthly stays are removed.
You speak also of Boaz and of a husband given today. Marriage is a holy and tender mystery, not of mere birth or haste, but of choice and covenant love where two become one, a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, cemented by mutual love and by the love of Christ. It is right to desire such a union, and right to pray for it, but do not seek after the gift first. Seek after Christ first, and peace will come next. If the Lord has ordained such a companionship for you, He will bring it about in His time and in holiness, not through demanding or through living together before that covenant, for sex and dwelling together belong within marriage alone. Wait upon the Lord, keep yourself in purity, and let your prayer be not, "Give me my desire now," but, "Lord, prepare me and if it be Your will, prepare him, and keep us both faithful to You."
You mention also the police and a desire to be left alone except to be sought in marriage. The child of God is called to live quietly and peaceably, to be subject to those in authority, and to give no cause for trouble, that by well doing we may commend the gospel. Pray rather that you may walk in such integrity and gentleness that you need not fear the magistrate, and that any man who would seek your hand would do so honorably, before God and before witnesses, with pure intentions.
May the Lord grant you more than words of favor, even favor itself in Christ. May He give you peace with God through faith in His Son, who alone is the way of salvation, and from that fountain cause peace of conscience to flow. May He provide for your dwelling, reconcile you to family and friends where it is possible, prosper the work of your hands for His glory, and keep your household, and your pets, under His kind care. May He teach you to cast all your anxiety upon Him, to have your mind stayed upon Him, and to find that to do His will is rest. And concerning marriage, may He in His wisdom either prepare a godly husband for you in His season and keep you chaste until that day, or give you contentment and usefulness in singleness, both being honorable before Him. May He bring you to that perfect restoration where having wandered or worried, you are brought back by His look of love, to strengthen others also.
We pray that the God of all peace, who is Himself unmoved when we are troubled, would keep you in perfect peace as you trust in Him, and at last call you to Heaven's perfect peace, where earthly struggles shall cease.
